this was orignally my mom's guitar, purchased in the 80's. it was made in korea. I've only been playing it for a year or so, but i love it and everyone else who's played it says it's a really nice one. I have no idea what kind of wood it's made of, but it has a really pretty deep brown with a hint of red transparent finish ( that doesn't show scratches much) with dot inlays on teh fretboard. 22 frets.
Sound

It sounds really nice and full, not extremely loud, but enough to be heard well. is heavier than some acoustics, but oh well.
Action, Fit, & Finish

teh action is kinda high, i just haven't bothered to get it fixed. has real solid hardware. a couple frets have little notches in them on the bottom edge near the high e-string that catch the string very rarely. other than that it's real nice.
Reliability/Durability

i beat on this guitar all the time. it has spent many nights on my bedroom florr with dirty clothes covering it adn still plays great. if hte hardware and finish have lasted this long, they aren't goign anywhere soon.

I also own an ibanez GAX70 that i don't liek much. way too hard of a soudn for me, but it was a good deal on the price. all i can say is that tshi gitar is great for me and i love it. if it was stolen i woudl definitly try to get it back. only thing i wish i coudl change woudl be to ahve a different shape inlay in the fretboard, and that is very minor.
