I own Les Pauls, and SG's and a Tele.. I've owned 2 Strats. This S Series is Vanilla Pudding color. The finish is excellent. I'm VERY picky.. I look for any flaw. The Tele style brige is very sweet. Very nice Roto tuners. Rosewood fretboard. ***The SATIN finish on back of neck is NICE, NICE...
Very nice pots on this thing... very tight and you can tell quality when you hold it. Either a guitar has TOTAL quality OR IT DONT !!!
There is alot of expensive JUNK out there.. and then theres quality.. and i got this guitar for 300 buks !!!

Sound : 10
i'm extremly picky about TONE!! i've worked literally YEARS on achieving certain tones.. This S series is really a nice guitar. the H/S/S set up is very versatile. I play lots of blues but also Dream Theatre type stuff. (Listen:: no joke...) i've owned 2 Really nice FENDER strats and they didnt FEEL the way this one does. I told the builder the tones i was looking for.. such as Gary Moore and Dream Theatre.. etc.. He suggested certain wiring and pickup options.. The 4th position is EXTREMELY Stevie Ray Vaughn'ish. The 4&5 position is very Tele sounding.. very sweet..and Humbuker can get very Nasty. I play it thru an old VOX amp and go for days listening to this thing cry.
Absolutely Nice Work. Having another one built RITE NOW !!!!!!!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
i told the builder exactly how i like my action set up. it came that way. very pleased. Pikup height adjustment was great.

we play live 3 times a week. and i play daily at my house. quality of overall rig is good. will last a long time. I take very good care of my stuff tho too.
strap buttons seem to be fine.
i would feel fine to use it without a backup guit. its really nice.

Customer Support : 10
Bluesville Music was easier to deal with on a professional and personal level than any other company i've personally worked with.. Guit. Ctr... Music friend.. etc.
They had lots of ideas.. suggestions.. and always very cordial and professional.
LIke i said.. i'm having another one built rite now..

Overall Rating : 10
i've been playing for 25yrs or so.. i own LP's w/Humbuks.. SG's w/P90's... Tele's and Strat's ..
i would buy this very guitar again and again.. it's that nice.
I'm VERY picky and an overall TONE FREAK. I know tone... and either a rig will get you there or it won't. There's lots of beutiful guits that wont deliver REAL TONE ! A good tone.. vs.. REAL tone is two complete different things.

this is a new guitar. has a nice cherry burst finish . it is a strat style, it has 3 pups . usual strat setup. not sure about tuners as to the type. they hold it in tune. it has a nice maple neck with rosewood finger board.

Sound : 9
I have played it ..But it is my nieces guitar picked by her. it has a nice full sound . the sounds are fine.. this guitar was made custom for a little girl. she is in love with it. i like it she like sit .. what more can be said. anytime my niece is happy , I am happy.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
the pups are adjusted right . the things is set up very well. it was known it was for a little girl. it was set up not high not low ,but it is easy to play. for a 10 yr. old that is important. it has a slim neck profile for her tiny hands. no problems

Reliability/Durability : 8
i would assume it will do the job it was made for. the finish looks durable . the strap buttons are solid. nothing cheesy about this one. time will tell how it lasts. but it is a quality piece. it can be upgraded quite easily if she ever desires. she hauls it all over and will not let anyone but me touch it. it has her name anna on the headstock.. made her eyes light up.

Customer Support : 8
it is the most customer friendly business I have dealt with. they are always eager to please.

Overall Rating : 8
i have been playing a lot of yrs. i am near 60 and won several wonderful guitars 62 strat. several 70s and some from decade after .i am always looking for one to match my 62. i play strats many made by me. a few pauls. a bit of classical , ukelele .mandolin . old conn accoustic. whatever floats my boat. i have teles. but I am a strat guy to the core. it looks like it did 45 yrs ago. it hooked me then and still does,... i treat them as art. when not playing.. he is currently working on one for me. I expect it soon. will review that one too.
