I have no idea when this was made, but i remember that my mother bought it used when she was about 15. She is 45 now, and I am 18, so i know that this guitar is really old. it has the "Conn" on the head with a serial number and a model number. it looks maple, but i could be wrong...the sides and the fretboard are made of what looks like a rose or cherry wood, (i have no idea)

very nice, warm sound as compared to other classical guitars, my friends covet this guitar for its sound
Action, Fit, & Finish

the action is high, but that is only because of the age of the guitar, some 30+ years, but i really wonder who owns these anymore.

you name it, this guitar has taken the punishment, and still looks good.

i have only been playing for about 10 months and already i sound great, and it is not just me, my guitar definately makes my screwups sound great! whatever it is, whoever made it, this thing is one of the best guitars (and the most coveted in my high school) that i own.
if anyone can give me some history about this guitar or anything at all to help me uncover the past and find out who "CONN" is that would be great! email me with some info please
