Large well built 12 string acoustic dread. Made in Japan in the 70's. Spruce top, rosewood back and sides, 3 piece neck appears to be maple/mahogany. Bridge is adjustable. Neck is beefy with pearl or pearloid inlay.

Very clean, crisp sound with good projection. If you are a fan of the acoustic twelve string sound you will love this guitar
Action, Fit, & Finish

This guitar is built like the proverbial tank. It might be a bit heavy for some but with it's weight comes excellent durability. The finish is still beautiful after 30 years. Action is a bit stiff for me Because I rarely play a 12 string, but the local luthier says it plays damn good for a 12.

Seems to be very durable. Does have a slight raising in back of the bridge when tuned to concert E. I tune down a 1/2 step and that seems to do away with the majority of the bulge.

I have been playing since I turned 13 and that was some time ago. This is my second 12 string but over the years I have owned several fine guitars. While this may not be heirloom material, it is a great player's ax and has withstood the test of time. It is solidly built, has great tone and projection and probably will be played long after most of the crap being sold today has turned into landfill.
