US made, 22 medium-jumbo frets, 25.5" scale, maple neck with ebony fretboard, tilted headstock, solid alder body, fixed bridge (the best!), two ap11 single coils, and a c22t humbucker with coil split switch.. basically a strat the way a strat should be :) only other thing I could think of adding is another switch to be able to combine neck + bridge

strat sound. good sound. unplugged, it is very resonant.. all the regular strat tones are there, plus the humbucker action which is a feature I highly recommend.

i cant believe how well this thing is built.. the fretwork... ahh. the fretwork.. PERFECTION. perfectly dressed and polished, no sharp edges, no roughness, nothing.. the neck fits into the body nice and tight.. only flaw from the factory was, someone was apparently in a hurry when they were screwing in the screws for the pickguard :).. one of them was not fully tightened.. no biggie.. the action on the damned thing is great from the factory.. might be a little low for some people.. I thought it would be myself, but when I finally got it and played it, I fell in love..

I'll use my bolt for anything.. I think its the best Strat on the market.. My fender's dont compare at all.. G&L doesnt compare either.

after being so satisfied with my BOLT, I purchased a 4x12 and poweramp from em.. they are great.. no-nonsense.. guitars supposedly take 4-6 weeks. mine was 5 weeks.. my 4x12 came in about 5 days, and my poweramp, about 3..
