great multi purpose guitar - sounds like a fat fender (not the crappy lace sensor fenders that have NO BALLS) - my bad boy has a P-90 and a humbuck. that does the job. even if i wanted to croon with some nice jazzy lick (which i do not do) i could do, if i wanted to.

bottom line - great tone with this slick rick - (although the P-90 seems to want to sing or scream even if you don't want it to - damn it's loud).

most beautiful guitar i have ever owned -
action is very quick
fit - very very nice

Reliability/Durability : 8
haven't had it for too long but my humbuck was giving me some problems - i could not get 1/2 the volume on it yesterday until i gave it a little toggle and shake - now it seems to be fine.

i have been playing for 11 years - gigging for 8.
the most beautiful axe i have ever seen - old cadillac mint green with pearl inlay.

great pickups - fantastic tone.

NOW I HAVE A GREAT FENDER AND A GIBSON ALL IN ONE

ps. some shredder was playing his Gibson custom through a marshall stack at the store, so i asked him to plug in my chandler - GUESS WHAT, THE CHANDLER SOUNDED BETTER AND THEN I BOUGHT IT - ITS A GUITAR I WILL NEVER NEVER SELL.

this guit is good for tele/strat players.
other than neck shape and scale length, you'll feel right at home

love it for the sparkle finish, the P-90s, and the Strat/Tele hybrid
feel.

I play Slide and this is a monster slide guitar! Has all the pickup options you could want! Single coil, P-90 and humbucker! It has the typical hum in the single coil position. I can get SRV, Billy Gibbons, Ry Cooder, Hendrix, Etc... just by flipping the pickup selector or pulling the coil tap. I can get Tele, Strat, Les Paul, even a jazzy hollowbody sound If I use the tone and volume just right! NO DISLIKES!!!! I am using this with a Line 6 Flextone and a Dr.Z Carmen Ghia. Sounds great thru both!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I had to adjust the action to play slide. But when i first tried it at the store it was perfect for rock and blues, very fast action, intonation was perfect. Pickups were good right from the start. A few dings in two spots but I'll explain that later, everything else was top notch.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Everything is top of the line on this guitar! I never play without a backup! No matter how good the git is things happen!

I walked into the store and started playing slide on a new Peavey with P-90's (SUCKED) and saw this on the wall. The guy behind the counter said I should try it. I took it down and plugged it into a Peavey Classic 30(Killer Amp!) Could not get a bad sound or tone out of it! I tried for two hours, It was like it was made for me. It compliments my style of play very well and has made me a better player. I had never seen or heard one before and found 0ut later that Joe Perry of Aerosmith uses one quite a bit. Now I asked the guy "How Much?" he said 2200$ and I started to hand it back with a broken heart, He said, You are the first person in two years to play that. I have never played it myself and have dinged it up moving it around. I want it gone, tired of looking at it. Give me a hundred over cost and it's your's. 800.00$ I threw a Credit card at him and knew I would have to beg forgivness from the wife later (she was'nt even pissed) and ran out of the store. If it were lost or stolen I could'nt afford to replace it, which would break my heart. I will probably add a Hipshot Triolgy bridge to it later so I can get many more tunings at my fingertips, other than that this is one hell of a guitar! i think I found the "ONE"!!!!!! Chandler company, If you guys read these, contact me! I want to be an endorser!!!!!! Sarge 8-{~
