This is naturally a Japanese Charvel, metallic-blue Jackson Dinky-shaped body, thin neck, 24 frets, rosewood fretboard, Jackson-style pointy headstock with newer cursive Charvel logo (not the original guitar-shaped logo). Pickup configuration is 1 hum at the bridge, and 1 slanted single-coil in the neck position. Tremelo is a double-locking Schaller (Licensed by Floyd Rose). Single volume knob and three-position tone switch. I give it a 10 on features as it does what it is supposed to do.

Let me tell you that this is one screamin' guitar! It kicks ASS and is one of the best feeling and sounding guitars I have (I currently have 12). Especially for the incredibly low price I paid used for it. Best purchase I've made all year. : )
Action, Fit, & Finish

Again, this is at the top of the best feeling guitars I've had my hands on. Of course, different guitars for different players, and I love the way my Les Paul Studio feels, too -- just a totally different category. This Charvel feels just like my other Charvels and Jacksons, with the great action and thin and fast neck with jumbo frets. I'd pay 5 times the price for it if I had to buy it over again. Honestly, the easiest way I can rate a guitar is by how much time I spend jamming on it. This one is right up there.
As far as the finish is concerned, it is flawless -- mint, and looks just like a new guitar.
Reliability/Durability
:
8
I look forward to playing live with this guitar, as well as recording with it. The strap buttons are smaller, not like the classic huge Jackson/Charvel buttons. I give it an 8 on reliability due to the fact of the Floyd-licensed trem. NEVER use a Floyd without a backup!

Out of business, but parts seem plentiful. I've never had a guitar go bad on my yet, anyway. : )

One of my faves -- I'd be sick if I lost it.
