If you live anywhere other then southwest Florida: keep this instrument (in its case) next to a Bemis DP3-200 2 in 1 Humidifier-Air Purifier during the cold/dry months. If you do live in SW FL, leave it (in its case)in your bedroom with the air conditioning on and your door closed.
You'll need to buy a 5/32" Bondhus Balldriver L-Wrench to reach under the top brace and adjust the CW's neck. It didn't come with my instrument.
Rating: 10 - Rock solid (with proper care.)
