How was the action? (Low)
Did the guitar contain any flaws? (misaligned bracing, poorly filed fretwire, finish flaws, poor quality wood, rusted or oxidized hardware, loose tuning pegs, poorly cut nut, poorly fit saddle, noisy pickup selector, loose controls, etc...) Nope afaik
Reliability/Durability

Will this guitar withstand live playing? Without pickup, it'll be a compromise to the sound volume.
Is the finish good enough to last, or does it seem thin and easy to wear off with lots of playing? Defintely durable.
Can you depend on it? Yes

No buzzings. Nothing from a poorly constructed/brand guitar would you actually get on this guitar.
When I first played it in the shop, I was amazed at the acoustic of the sound. It projected an extremely bright and clean sound that will simply urge you to play on, rich enough to get others engrossed. When you actually sing along with the music projected by the guitar, you would actually sense the professionalism of craftmanship by the company into making this guitar.
To be honest, this guitar could actually compete to those of high-end brands, upon comparison. While some mid-range guitars would simply pale in comparison.
A pretty high-end Cort, Earth 700 would be able to help you produce the sounds you need like those for studio recording.

Be it plucking or strumming, the playability is superb.
Another guy in the shop, I was in, was looking for an Epiphone that cause over a thousand bucks. Yet after he comparing it to a Cort Parkwood, he decided to be converted. He asked for a comparison of action between the Cort Earth 700 and his Cort Parkwood, he claimed that the Earth 700 was better. However, his preference has always been jumbo so he was willing to settle for the Cort Parkwood. He and I shared the same sentiments. The action was low enough for a quick playability, yet no buzzings, which i believed was due to its solid construction that was meant to counter this problem. Defintely, a wonderful action created.
The body being a dreadnought which is a large body, give an powerful projection of the sound. My preference for guitar has always been jumbo, but this time the sound from this dreadnought Earth 700 has overwhelmed my preference. The only thing I wish to have on the Earth 700 was the electric function for amplification purpose. All in all, this is a great guitar. You can check it out next time, you enter a guitar shop.

9.7. Nothing is perfect. A good bang for your bucks. Love it for the acoustic and feel, hate it for the lack of electronic amplification . Try it before deciding on what you have been thinking of.
