Made in 2008 in indonesia, 24 jumbo frets, Basswood body with mat blue finish, H-S-H Bluebucker passive pickups, maple neck with rosewood board superstrat body style, Floyd Rose (Cort's Double Locking III), non locking tuners with locking nut, thin neck scale, came with GIG back, floyd tools, and strap, 1 volume, 1 tone with coil tap so you can basically turn this guitar into a strat.

Very good for playing metal, satch and vai style stuff, not great for blues but with the coil tap active it does an alright job, and some of the strat sounds are truly convincing. I did have to twear down my volume a bit though as these pickups are a little higher output than normal. The pickups aree really pretty good for stock, and they seem to have a dark navy cover rather than the standard black covers. I am using a small studio amp, and many different amp emulation programs with my PC. The single coil sounds good but it seems to be very sensative to certain types of lights. This guitar can make any sound under the sun, but everything sounds a little higher output than it normally would. I can play anything I like on it. but I am going to give it an eight just because of the finicky single coil. Tapped humbuckers sound alright but not just liek a single coil, it's nice to have one on the guitar but if it hums all the time it can be a negative. If i move around it tends to take care of the problem, but still.

came perfect from the shop more or less, I had to spend a couple hours adjusting and fooling with the floyd and stretching strings to get it all set up, but after that it plays like a dream. I can be extremelly abusive with the trem and everything stays in tune pretty well. The mat finish is badass looking but I have noticed it's a bit easy to scratch and I haven't found an effective way to buff the scratches out yet. The controls are all pretty quiet and any noise you hear tend to be because the pickups are just a bit microphonic. real low action, there is a little buzz on the low E but you can't hear it while your playing so no big deal.

I would trust this guitar with live playing, it's very light and easy to hold onto for a while. It stays in tune but if your very abusive with the trem it may ntoi stay that way all night, everything so far is solid but I have had it for a day so we will need to give it some time to see hwo it holds up. Never gig without a backup, you may be in trouble if you do that. Very dependable

been playing 16 years, have had all kinds of guitars. If it were stolen or lost I'd want another one for sure. The one thing I hat about the guitar is that with the floyd in a certain position everything feels really crowded, moving the floyd helps but then the position may not be good for certain techniques. this is just a small issue though

i purchased this cort x-6 from my local music store for 169 sterling it was made in nov of 2007 has 24 frets and a really good floyd rose copy solid basswood body in a metallic red though this one has a matt finish so the finger marks don't show up half as much as a high gloss finish.
standard HSH configuration with a coil tap on the tone pot this came with a gig bag for an extra 10 spot with a rucksack type strap set up for ease of transport.
Sound
:

i play mostly hard rock and metal so the powerful humbuckers are perfect, in fact i had to dial down the gain on my zoom g7 FX rig as the pickups were too powerful.the coil tap can create a little bit of background noise on some clean setting but it's only noticeable when not actually playing.and it gives the sound a much needed brightness boost without having to tailor any presets for it.
this guitar is pretty good for a lot of cross genres of style which is helped by the coil tap.factory set up for the pickups were ok but i had to screw the treble side of the bridge pickup as it was way to high and pinched the high E when using the trem
Action, Fit, & Finish
:

had to adjust the trem action and pickups but they were to my own personal taste and no way was it done to remedy a bad factory set-up as it would no doubt be a generic guide they would use for that.don't like the strap pins found them to be old style and had trouble fitting my straplocks to them so i just gave up in the end. finish is awesome for something in this price range but then cort are the main maker for IBANEZ guitars outside japan and the states so i would expect nothing less.the bridge pickup surround is off center a little but the pickup it's self is fine.finish on the hardware is also superb

guitar has not been tested in a live enviroment as yet but i am confident it will prevail.the trem arm comes loose with excessive use but all the trems i have played using the drop and screw format for the arm have done this.i have another guitar a vintage VH51 which too has a floyd copy on it and when you mute the strings you can tell there is afloyd under your palm feels really bulky, but the cort has'nt got this issue it feels very similar to a wilkinson trem very smooth and very easy for palm muting essential for metal and rock styles.this guitar has now become my main instrument and i am very happy with it just have to get used to the different feel and playability but i foresee no issues

I play heavy metal, and sometimes hard rock so this humbucking pickup suits my style, standard output gain for humbucker type, tone is warm. the single coil is not as good as mexican strat, little fatty(maybe from basswood body) and little noisy, but i can't complain for this price. the coil tap increases tonal possibilty, but not superior. i plan to change the HB pickup to SD screamin demon or EMG hz, maybe can produce much better tone.
i very like this guitar, just suit for my style.

i dropped once in the bottom side but not too hard, and the bottom strap button is broken and always loosen. basswood body is very fragile wood(i never imagine that basswood body is so fragile), this wood maybe is choosen not for its durability but for its warm tone. so this problem maybe occured to any basswood bodied guitar if its droped or abused too much. this guitar can last long if it right handled, but if it abused too much it can easily broken into pieces.

I have playing guitar seriously for 4 years for now, i love this guitar for its nice warm tone, its tonal variety, and surely for its price. i very hate its durabilty. If its stolen i will buy a better durability guitar and better tone for sure. this guitar is very good for performance/price ratio, so it is best for beginer to semi pro, or for backup guitar.

I play chaotic black metal ( band ) and melodic stuff to myself. I use a Crate GT1200H with Digitech X series death metal pedal.
This guitar is a very good value for the money!!! I like the clean sound is fantastic. ( not sparkling, but it suiths my style completly! ) The ice. But in average, this guitar is very versatile. The only thing that i don't like, is the ffat crispy distortion it produces is increadible. ( in combination with a marshall it sounds even better ) I don't use the split pick-up opion that much, because it's a little too weak for my choact that there are no covers on the pickups ( so they collect dust like crazy. I'll deal with this later )

When i got this guitar, it was set up like $%^&. ( well i'm not surprised, baceause i'm of the opinion that there's NO ONE who can set up a guitar to YOUR personal style, SO THEREFORE you need to know how to do it yourself ) Here's where the fun starts: unpatient people beware! A floyd rose equipped guitar needs a lot of time and care!!! So if you can't sacrifice that for your instrument, either you play the wrong instrument, or either you need to look for a string-trhough body guitar. I've read reviews where people complain that this floyd is $%^&, well i think they are just impatient. Give it some time to strech and settle. I've spent about 1.5hours setting up this guitar and puting new strings and no problem.
Note!!! If your floyd is not parallel to the body, u r *&^%$@!!! U need to take some time to adjust the strings and the springs of the trem unit. When u got the perfect ballance! U r good to go. ( U might want to stick to one type of strings, cos when u get different gauge or size, u'll need to repeat the adjustement process )
SO this is the point when u have to stop reading for a wile and think carefully if u have the patience and the nerves to handle a floyd guitar...
summary this guitar is verry well built for a price of 340eur!!! Very good quality.

In general when u think to upgrade to a better guitar than a starter pack, u'll be making a good choice buing this. It will suit every type of mysic, from classical to extreems.
BUT still handeling this guitar is like getting to know your girlfreinds mother; you need to earn her trust and let her know u r not &^%$#!@ around!

Despite the axe was made in Indonesia, the final quality of product is swomewhat great, although I find some guitars look/played better. Features - 24 frets, solid basswood body, maple neck, H-S-H configuration, FR-like bridge (very stable comparing to price!)

Sound is great - from kick-ass tones from the bridge to nearly acoustic music from neck-pickup. Sustain is not bad, a lot better when it's compared to other budget guitars. In spite of that I want to change electronics for active Seymour's, but it's not important.

i play mainly rock and metal (influences metallica, iron maiden etc) this guitar goes great for clean and distorted sounds. gives a nice bassy clean sound, and can even make a decent strat sound with some effects. the distorted tones ring out nicely and has nice sustain. its a rich, full sound. the guitar isnt really that noisy, pretty easy to get around any line noise. i am using an ashton ga-100 and a boss me-50 with this guitar.

action was very poor when i first got it, fret buzz just got worse and worse until you basically couldnt hear any noise on the 14th fret. had to get it set up by different people at different times, but eventually just fixed it myself. due to the floyd rose bridge its quite hard to change the strings or even the tuning. pickups were not adjusted very well at all, and still arent. apart from these two things the guitar was set up relatively ok. not constructed badly at all, i think it was partly to do with the shop i bought it from.

this is where this guitar (at least mine) has its major downfall. over the past two years i have had to fix almost everything on this guitar. action, fret buzz, strap buttons, the input jack, on a number of occasions. the only good thing about owning this guitar is that i have learnt a lot about fixing them! i unfortanetly have no other choice than to depend on this guitar in a gig, it has not done anything wrong live yet, but if i didnt have to i wouldnt. i am upgrading to an epi sg soon so hopefully this will be more reliable!

i have been playing for 8 years, but am only 16 so buying new gear takes a long time. i have been stuck with this for three years now and i am getting really sick of it. the tone goes alright but its just so unreliable that it isnt worth keeping it. i have probably spent more money fixing it than i actually pay for it. i would definately not buy another one if it was stolen. i guess the floyd rose bridge is good and bad at the same time. its great for big whammy dives, but it restricts your playing in that you cannot tune during songs or change strings without adjusting the string tension in the back of the guitar. i dont know if other guitars of this model are this bad but mine was just so horribly set up and has been such high maintenence that i cant give it a good score. if it worked properly i would say it is great value for money. i bought this guitar whilst on holidays a long way from home. i was much younger then and compelled by the sign that said "great metal guitar! reduced price!". i bought it right then and there, no thinking! this was definately a bad decision and have made sure to do a lot of research and thinking before i part with my money since. so if you are thinking of buying this guitar, make sure it is set up right and definately play it at least once!

the cort x-6 (made in indonesia) is an Ibanez RG copy, but for about a quarter of the cost its exactly the same quality. this is a mean guitar, bolt on uber-comfortable unfinished 24 jumbo fret neck. i dont know much about the actual woods used in this guitar, but i think the body is some sort of composite material. it is really comfortable to play sitting or standing; it is medium weight, heavier than a strat but much lighter than an LP. neat body contours, stunning in this iridescent bluey purple. black hardware, licensed floyd rose and locking nut. (about half the cost of the whole guitar!!!)and this guitar just never goes out of tune, despite over the top whammy use. "Mightymight" H/S/H pickups. pretty good, id say almost as good as the Ibanez pickups if not just as good. the singlecoil sounds like a meaty Strat single, and plus it has Coil-tap, which is really really good. 5 way selector, one tone and one volume control.
Sound
:

damn fine sound. i play from metal and grunge to blues and soft rock, and most things in between. this guitar takes versatile to a new level; single coil pickup is perfect for blues (as is the coil tap h/bucker) and the h/buckers are loud and crunchy, plenty of available distortion. lots of sustain, i think that is to do with the body shape as well. i havent really experimented with lots of setups and amps; i just play through a Fender Frontman 25R (damn good amp for the money too) and occasionally a crybaby. heaps of sound, not much feedback unless you actually force it (good fun). the only problem is quite alot of noise from the single coil when anywhere near say a TV or computer, but its liveable. if it does bug you, you can use the coil tap that does take a bit of the noise out. as for live sound, havent tested but sounds rather MEAN in a garage.

no problems at all here, was set up at my music shop and it just never goes out of tune. dont know how well it comes out of the factory as far as setup though. finish is really good, not much else to say! action is...hard to describe. its high enough to be really handy for blues stuff, yet low enough for metal etc. i think it is to do with the jumbo frets which i have never played on before.
only niggle is the whammy bar/attachment. it is constantly loose and if you tighten it, it just gets in the way.

reliability seems to be pretty good, just the whammy as mentioned before. hardware is very good, licensed floyd rose so its quality. im really not sure about gigging at all, but id say id never use a guitar without a backup onstage no matter how good it was...but from what ive done with this guitar, its possible that i might change. strap buttons are good i think but i have a terrible strap so i dont know.

i have been playing for two years this july, and in that time owned about 6 guitars (hehe im a fusspot about sound and playability) however i have sold most of them, and now have a Karina LP (awesome), an Ibanez Talman Semi-acoustic, and now my Cort. this is my favourite guitar out of all of them, it really is the guitar to buy for an upgrade from your first, but that you will keep forever. if it were stolen or lost i would definitely get another one, no question. id really like two, one for normal tuning and one down low! i love pretty much everything about it except the whammy, which is a shame because otherwise this would get a ten for everything. it really does annoy me, ive been learning a few Satriani/Vai licks and it drives me nuts sometimes. but really apart from that, its only problems are easy to live with (noisy pickups etc). i compared it to two other guitars, an ESP LTD explorer (not worth the money at all, crap pickups) and an Ibanez RG-something. the RG was really good, but exactly the same as the x6 and 4 times the price!!! "value for money" and "extremely versatile" are the best ways to describe this guitar. id be willing to pay up to $1000NZ for this guitar, but its only half that! seriously, this is a guitar worth considering even as a backup to something far far more expensive. id also recommend this as a second electric for anybody. awesome guitar.

I play mostly classic rock ranging all the way from The Kinks and the Who, right up to Guns N Roses and AC/DC. I originally used this through a Marshall MG30 DFX with a Zoom 707 II pedal, and the distortions could sound a little muddy and undefined, but this is more of a problem with the effects than the guitar itself. I've recently upgraded to a Line 6 Flextone II XL (2x12 modelling combo) with a Boss ME50 effects pedal. The sound quality is amazing with this combination. There's next to no unwanted noise from the pickups, even when using close to a computer monitor or TV.
My first guitar was an epiphone SG 310, which has a higher list price than the little Cort. However, after deciding to replace it I shopped around for many weeks, playing everything from Highwy 1 Strats to genuine Gibson SGs. Eventually I came across the Cort in my local pawnshop, and the young salesman encouraged me to give it a go. I plugged it into a 100w Marshall valvestate combo and was immediately blown away. I fell in love at first site, from the ultra comfortable neck, to the cool 80s style finish and bold body styling. The pickups sounded rich and acoustic in the neck postion, with biting rock tone in the bridge position. The single coil nailed that classic Hendrix sound. And that unfinished neck is just so slim and comfortable in the hand I could have stayed playing for hours. So, I was thinking to myself, what's the catch? I was shocked to find out that the shop only wanted #120 for it. Of course, I didn't hesitate in getting my wallet out.
After having the Cort for a few days, I decided to take it to my friend who owns a collection including several high priced guitars (inc a vintage Les Paul and a Gibson SG). His verdict was 'shredalicious' and reckons if the headstock said Ibanez it'd cost easily 4 times as much.
With its Super Strat configuration, the X6 is quite possibly the most versatile guitar available in the budget price bracket, but has a build quality rarely seen on guitars in this range. Nothing about it feels cheap. Though it has an 80s appearence, its not just a metal axe, as it can comfortably handle a huge range of sounds. Using the acoustic simulator model on the ME50 and the neck pickup, it sounds convincingly like an electro acoustic when played through a clean amp channel with a little reverb.
Anyway, I've probably gone on for too long, so I'll leave it there, check the other revews for more info as always.

I bought the guitar used, and as far as I can tell it's had a pro setup for 009 gauge strings. The action is low, but with no fret buzz, and is intonated perfectly. The Floyd Rose bridge sits exactly parallel to the body. The only problem is that its a bitch to tune! Tuning one string pulls the others out, making it a chore. However, once in tune it stays there for weeks thanks to the locking nut. Only minor adjustments are needed on the micro tuners at the bridge. Note, this is not the guitar to try out all those alternative tunings on, unless you're prepared to set the guitar up for one in particular and leave it (e.g drop D or half step down)

The finish is extremly durable and seems to be quite resistant to scratching. It seems to have avoided strap rash on the rear, unlike my SG. The trem seems to be reasonably well made, though if I were to use the guitar for a gig, I'd consider replacing it with a genuine Floyd rose unit rather than the slightly cheap die cast unit found here. The strap buttons are very solid, though I use plastic strap locks in combination to prevent slippage. The only thing to break on the guitar has been the input jack, which became a little loose. This was a simple repar though, and it was probably my fault for not keeping the screws as tight as I should have. Otherwise it seems very dependable and gigable without a backup. Especially a gig with UV lights, cos it glows electric green under them!

Made Indonesia. H/S/H Mightey Might pickups, Basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, jumbo frets, floyd-rose licenced double locking tremelo, 25.5 scale, 1 tone(w/coil tap), 1 volume.
And its worth noting that the body is contoured at the front(this is a bit like the contouring on a JS but im not sure if it will make a huge differance to the sound)
Oh yeah, the preveious owner put flame stickers on it but thats there work(cort should follow thier example) it very cool. If you are reading this thank you for those stickers.

Have explored how versatile this guitar is as i managed to break a string(this is my fault i tried to turn the machine head to tune it when the nut was locked, i turned it too far!) but it does sound nice.
The pickups are kind of weak for me as i like like quite high out put ones. Ill probably trie and raise them but if that doesn't work ill put a dimarzio evolution(then i can be vai without the skill! yaaay!). but the body tone is very good and i like the coil tap as you can use it as a boost on/off as single coil mode has far les gain. I am putting it through a Zoom 707II and a Line 6 Spider 2. Ill need to try it through my Zoom Ultra Fuzz and someone elses proper wah.

I cant really contribute to this as its second hand but it was setup great when i got it. dunno if it was the factory or the previous owner. my rating only coressponds to mine. never played a new one.

the guitar seems very sturdy it has a tiny chip and a fe scratches out of the back but i think the previous owner must of dropped it.
Im not rough at all with my guitars so yes i would use it a gig but i probably would take another guitar as i use two to get differant tones.

I have changed the bridge pickup with a Bare Knuckle emerald pickup, hand made in the uk, and now this guitar sounds very very sweet.
I'm also playing through a Marshall MG30 DFX, a good amp, and the range of tones i can get with this combination is staggering. Great quality of sound and tone range for a total of #450 including guitar pickup and amp, not bad.

One problem i have found after a year of owning this guitar is that it is a ****ing b*@$# to change tunings or restring due to the floating tremolo bridge. If you have patience this guitar is an excellent buy and easily upgraded. If you don't have patience this guitar will teach you some. But once tuned it does stayed tuned very well and then you only need to adjust the finetuners on the bridge.
Still in spite of this it is an amazing guitar for the price and it will probably stay with me for life.

Tis a lovely sounding guitar indeed. I'd heard mixed reviews on the pickups before buying one, and I must say I was not disappointed by them. Decent output, good clarity, wide range. Not at all muddy, not too shrill. Only gripe is the coil tap - halves the output of the pickups, sounds a bit weak.

A very good guitar for the money - upgrade the pickups to something with a bit more power when the coil tap is used and you'll have a smashing guitar. It feels much better than my Ibanez JS100 and my American Fender Strat. I love it, it's become my number one guitar.

24 Frets
H/S/H mightymite pickups (passive)
5-way selector switch, 1 Vol, 1 Tone which can be pulled out to turn the humbuckers into single coils.
Nicely contoured basswood body and a fast feeling bolt on maple neck.
Floating Floyd rose tremolo bridge.

I play mainly rock music and this suits that perfectly due to the great humbucker pickups. I run it through a Squire Champ 15w and sometimes through a marshall jackhammer effects pedal and it can do anything from the clean finger picking of One last breath by Creed to the dirty tones of the heaviest rock bands.
The excellent coil tap feature turns the humbuckers into single coils which gives a wide variety of sounds. However, unfortunatly, it also halves the output of the pickups.

Out of the box the guitar just needed a bit of fine tuning and intonation adjustment but apart from that it was ready to play straight from the box. Nicely contoured body with a Blue/purple matt paint finish
The action is so low my old guitar (which had good action) feels heavy to play. The pickups sounds great and the construction of the body is flawless as far as i have seen, and i have inspected it quite thoroughly :)
No problems that i have found so far.

I've only had this for a short time but it feels solid and reliable in every aspect. Everything looks like it will last but even so i would like to keep my old guitar as a backup, partly due to sentimental value, but i'm selling it to pay for my new guitar. So i will be playing gigs without a backup for a while and i am confidant it will be fine.

Been playing a year now and this is my second guitar. Run through a good amp this is a great guitar. A joy to play it improved my playing within a week. This is a good intermediate to advance level guitar that is easily good enough to play live with and not break a sweat.
If it was stolen i would get a PRS Tremonti SE i i had a spare #500+ but i would buy the X-6 again anyway, even if it is just for a backup guitar.

This guitar has 24 frets with maple neck and ebony scale. The body is made of basswood. The body style is awesome and the finishing too.
It has 2 pots (volume and tone). The tone pot can split the humbs into single coils pickups to get a strat style sound.

It was made in 2002 in the USA. Its a left handed model, in gloss black finish. Its has 24 frets on a rosewood fretboard on a hard rock maple neck which is bolted on to a basswood body. the body it nicely contoured.......i just love the shape of this damn guitar. The pickups are h/s/h......there well designed duncan pickups......gives you real METAL sound. the controls are 1 volume and 1 tone/coil tap.....for strat sounds. it has a licenced floyd rose...which can stay in tune FOREVER. non-locking tuners......and a 25.5 scale neck.......whick is ultra thin:)

The sound it this guitar is AMAZING....for heavy and speed metal.....like metallica .......pantera....and slayer:). i use this dream machine through a boss metal zone pedal and a marshall mg30. the pickups aren't noisy...but very high output. this thing also plays ...blues.....jass.....and strat sounds like eric clapton. i am going to replace the lickups with ......emg 81 (bridge).........eng-sa(middle.....and a emg 60 in the neck...for more METAL crunching sounds!!!!

the setup was perfect...low....the way i like it. the pickups were to low but it only took 1 min to fix it. there were no flaws or dents in the finish..neck was nice and extra tight in the neck socket. the locking nut was loose but fixed it within seconds.

i haven't play live yet....but im sure this thing will withstand it. the hardware will last along time....but the bridge is getting replaced with the original floyd rose. the finish is really thick...and will take a hell alot of rubbing to waer it down. straps are solid..and i might use this without a backup......when i gig...first!!.....this guitar is built like a tank!!

Well, I dont think it matters where this thing was made, but it does have 24 very accesible frets. Its got one master volume, and one master tone which pops up to give you a single coil style of sound. It's pickup setup is Hum-Sin-Hum by a company i never heard of. They did for a while do the job, but i eventually replaced them with a EMG-HZ humbucker at the bridge, and a Seymour Duncan Distorion at the neck. My finish is sort Of a black gloss that shines very bright. Your bridge style is a recessed cut for the Floyd Rose Tremolo, and your tuners are non-locking. I believe the neck scale is 25 1/2", and you get all the tools that you need with the guitar.

I play heavy metal, and this guitar is all that, just needs more crunch, which problem is solved now. I usea Crate 400W head, running to four 100W cabs. It does have a little too much feedback for my tastes, but it is copeable. It deos have a very rich tone, with a mix of ear piercing highs, and gut rattling lows. I just wish the strings were a little closer to the fretboard.

It's a 2002 model, made in indonesia. 24 frets, nicely contoured body made of basswood... not unlike an Ibanez Joe Satriani JS series guitar. The paintwork is outstanding, sort of purple/blue speckled. One volume, 5 way pick-up selector and the tone control doubles as a coil tap selector. The pickups are Neck-humbucker, Middle-single coil and bridge-humbucker. The pickups are 'MightyMite'??? Whatever, they certainly do the job. The neck has a nice 'I could play this forever' feel to it. It has locking tuners and a licensed Floyd Rose trem.

This guitar is just so versatile, especially with the coil tap feature, I've played many guitars in the 5 and a half years I've been playing and this guitar can do anything I ask it to... easily.
I use it with a 120w Laney TF300 and a Marshall AVT100. Sounds much better with the Marshall, awesome harmonics and the feedback I can get out of the pickups............

Action could be a little lower, easy enough to do I suppose. Pickups are OK. Cosmetically, this guitar was perfect. Not even the tiniest flaw.... My only grouch was the strings weren't stretched when put on... problem now eliminated.

Man, this guitar can take the abuse and still come back begging for more. No tuning problems, even after heavy whammy abuse... like 2hours constant. Hardware seems OK at the moment. The finish is fantastic.... part of the reason I was attracted to it first. Dropped it twice already... very hard... and whaddaya know, not even a scratch. Built to last I think...I have already usd this without a backup and it hasn't let me down so far. Real dependable.

I've been playing 5.5 years and my other main squeeze at the moment is my cherished US Fender Telecaster, a world apart from this guitar but nevertheless I can't help but love it. If the X-6 was stolen... I'd go straight out and buy another one, without hesitation may I add. There isn't anything I don't like on this guitar, bar for the fact I gotta take allen keys to every gig. This guitar rocks... go try one and see.

I think it was made in indonesia, I don't know which year. It has 24 frets, dot inlays, basswood body, bolt-on maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. The body has a great design, i've seen nothing like this before(strat style but with stylish curves)! It has a volume knob, a tone knob which also works as a coil tap for making the humbuckers single coils, and a 5 way selector! It has a Humbucker/Single Coil/Humbucker configuration, Mighty Mite pickups (unknown but good enough). It has a great purple finish with some great sparkling shit.
Floyd Rose Licensed patent bridge, locking tuners. The neck is very thin and fast, and doesn't tire you at all! Included were Case, tools, Strap and two cables.

The sound is the greatest you can find with so little money! It suits my music style great, which is Punk-Rock. I use it with a 15" Marshall Combo Amp, and i also use a marshall Guv'nor. Without any distortion the single coil gives a great clean sound kind of like acoustic style guitar. The neck hum gives a bright sound, and the neck single gives a cleaner version of the full hum sound. The Neck/Middle setting gives a warm clean sound great for playing on frets lower than the 12th. The Bridge Hum gives a dry distorted sound great for light distortions and the bridge single gives a less distorted sound and kind of brighter. The Middle/Bridge setting gives a really dry clean sound. It has a great variety of sounds! You can play any kind of music! Great harmonics too!

This guitar can withstand live playing and cannot get out-of-tune (locking tuners). The hardwear seems like it was made for highlander! The finish is thick enough, it takes a real vandal to ruin it! The stap buttons are really big, the strap can't get out-of-place! It gives the impression of a great quality guitar! I might use it without a backup!

My favorite feature is the coil tap! Great variety of sounds! I compared it to an Ibanez RG 270, an Ibanez RG 470, a Jackson PS-2 and a Jackson PS-4! This had the greatest neck of all 5 guitars! It also had the best variety of sounds!

I use a Peavey Blaster 350 and a boss distortion pedal! it sounds great! no noise at all, loud tappings, great harmonics, and great variety of sounds! 9 selections!!! The single coil plays the cleanest sound i've ever heard, the bridge humbucker plays dry and slightly distorted sound and the neck humbucker plays really bright sound! The Variety is great! you can never get bored!
