I'm not sure what year it was precisely, but I think it's from sometime in the Eighties. It's definetly from overseas. The neck is nicely finished, pretty fast, with 22 frets (and that nice V headstock!). It has two zebra pickups with a three way toggle that selects either one or just the neck on overdrive. Body is mahogany, which makes this guitar extremely heavy and hard on my back. It has a great vintage look to it.

I play mostly different rock styles, so I use a lot of overdrive and distortion, and I like my clean sounds rich. Unfortunately this guitar is highless and lacking too much midrange either, so it's not the bright sound you would find on a strat. Other than that, though, it delivers the rich distorted and clean sounds I like. I use it mainly with either a Marshal or Rivera and a Marshal Jackhammer and Morley wah.

Everything is fine on this guitar, except that the pickups are loose. Thank god they're set in the body les paul style, or they might move all over the place, but as it is, they aren't too bad. And the neck is super thin, so when I play Surf music I bend off a lot.

They finish is pretty thich and won't off once you get a hole started (which I have). It is a very dependable guitar. I use it gigging and I suppose I could do without a backup, but I'd rather use it as a backup because of its tone.

I love the look and originality of they guitar, but it is no replacement for a Les Paul. I like it a lot, but I would not replace it if stolen. I have been playing for a few years and also play a vintage Fender Bronco, and a standard Stratocaster.

It adds variety to my collection. I t has two hot zebra pickups that sound very nice for heavy stuff and with distortion or without. My guitar has custom wireing, 3-way selector either selects bridge humbucker, both humbuckers or neck humbucker on overdrive (but with no volume or tone control for the overdrive)

Set up very nicely, pickups were somewhat adjusted,A few dings in finish from original shipping overseas, slightly loose tuner peg. The pickups sure like to move around alot, needs a better spring.

A great guitar for playing live, but I would bring a backup. The only thing I don't like is that the pickups were adjusted a little too well and whenver I play too hard my high E string sometimes gets caught on the neck pickup

Been playing for 5 years, have other guitars, wish I had inspected and played it a little bit more before I got it (still would have bought it though) It is good competition for an avergage to lower end les pual and plus it has better and more unique style. I was going to buy a Warlock but I got this intead, foretunately

I like the sound, reminicent of the old deans. I think it's the large v-shape headstock. Nice warm tones on a clean channel, nice crunchy sound whe distorted. Has Zebra humbucker pickups.

Gitar wes set up well but needed some TLC to get the intonation right. However the pickups move about too much, perhaps need another spring. Or at least a heavier spring. The fit and finish is excellent, the Transparent Red finish shows the woodgrain nicely.

I have had Deans in the past. However, this is not the Dean of old. But in the world of guitars, this one holds it's own. I would consider it a challenge to a Gibson Les Paul Studio. The finish appears to be substantial, and the chrome looks solid enough

I have been playing for over 28 years. And have owned many guitars over the years. This guitar is a steady eddie. Won't win any beauty contests, but it is appealing to the eye and plays like a dream.
