24 frets, thin neck, zebra humbuckers, double cutaway, one volume knob, one tone knob, and 3-way selection make this an extremely versatile guitar. It's black with a natural woodgrain that gives it that PRS style. I bought it used so I couldn't tell you whether you would get a gig bag or strap etc. for buying it. If you go to a good guitar store, they'll give you buttloads of extras.
Sound

It really suits my style which is a combination of funk, punk, and alternative. It gives a full sound from its humbuckers when I go into power chords but at the same time has a bright sound to bring out leads. Sometimes the rhythm setting can get a little muddy which can get irratating when doing leads, but it's not unbearable. I'm playing out of a valvestate 100 marshall combo amp with 3 channels and that can make almost anything sound good, but I haven't had a chance to test out effects. In general, it could be a bit of a deeper quality, but that can vary on what amp you use.
Action, Fit, & Finish

I really like the action, just a little higher so that you can dig into the strings. Keep in mind that I bought it used, but the neck is a little twisted and the jack is a little loose, but otherwise, everything is well made. The intonation is impecable, and the hardware is firmly in place.

I would never gig without a backup, but I'm backing it up with a Gibson SG which shows how much I trust the guitar. The strap buttons stay in well and the finish is apparently going to last. I sweat a lot when I play and I play 2 hour gigs on average. It hasn't showed any signs of wearing off.
Customer Support
:
No Opinion
I can't say, I didn't deal with the company. I've checked out brand new Deans (acoustic and electric) and I've never had a problem with it. However, it's all on what your individual preferences are for customer support.

I would weep like a school girl if it was stolen and buy one new.
I love its general feel and the look rocks too. This or a Les Paul suits my playing style more than any other guitar and this is a far less expensive choice. I do wish it had seperate knobs for the rhythm pick ups so I could try pulling that Tom Morello toggle switch trick, but I doubt I'd have the ability for that. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer.
