This guitar was made in 2003 and is made in the Selmer style. It has a sound board made from German spruce with an oval sound hole. The back and sides are made from beautiful German flame maple. The neck is a 5 piece laminate of German flame maple with an ebony fretboard and MOP inlay. The bindings and purflings are rosewood. The tuners are gold plated Shallers and the tail piece is a gold plated Maccafferi type, with ebony wood, MOP insert and leather, with Jimmy Rosenberg engraved. The sound reinforcement used is the Big Tone System. Body width 16 5/16", body length 18 1/2", overall length 40", scale is 26.4" and the side depth is 4 1/16". This guitar also has a slight arch to the top. The construction and attention to detail of this instrument rivals the best of the best.

I enjoy playing blues and jazz, Pat Martino, Gary Moore styles. My main axe is a custom Jim Triggs archtop (L-5) style along with a Gibson Les Paul Limited edition(Super 400 inlay on the neck)and a Gary Moore Les Paul signature. I decide to pursue my Gypsy jazz interest and what better way to do it! This guitar has such amazing Tone! Tone! Tone! Tone is what it's all about, we search and search for that instrument that when strummed or picked your jaw drops and your body resonates one with the guitar. Well look no further, this is the one. With out any doubt, jaw dropping TONE!
Action, Fit, & Finish

The action is a bit high for my usual playing style. The design is meant to breath and the builder Alain Cola has built this beauty to Jimmy Rosenbergs specs. I'm making some adjustments e shall see how it goes. The Big Tone sytem is sweet, plug into my Kendrick amp with 4x10's and beautiful Tone fills the room. The construction of this guiatr is perfect, I'm very particular about my instuments and do not mind spending my hard earned cash, but it must be clean and the folks at Dell' Arte deliver!

This is a guitar of a life time. It is built to with stand the test of time. All of the hardware is top notch and impeccable! No worries.

I can't comment here, no issues so far. This is a premier builder both Alain Cola from France and John S. Kinnard (Taylor guitars)are the best!

I have been playing guitar for 30+ years and I have purchased many custom guatrs and basses from Alembic, Mike Tobias and Jim Triggs. This guitar is a real gem and I would replace it if it was stolen!!!
I'm getting fussy in my old age and this guitar brings a smile to my face evry time I pick it up and play it.
