Mine is a DC 360 ES (same guitar as the DC 360 ET with a solid black finish). Korean made, piezo pickup with volume and 4 slider EQ/preamp. I added a black pick guard. This guitar comes with a lot of nice decoration, pretty well done.

I haven't been able to find a hardshell case for this guitar, I bought a case for a shallow-back Ovation and it does reasoably well.

The light weight and slim body make this guitar one you can play all day.

Sound : 9
I love this little axe. It's no dreadnought, but it has a nice bright sound and "parlor-size" bottom when unplugged. It sounds great when plugged in. You can tweak the tone controls to make it sound fairly electric. If it weren't for the feedback, I'd play this one at the gigs. I like folk-rock, but play mostly old rock and roll. I love a really clean acoustic sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Action is really low and smooth for an acoustic. Set up was spot on. Very easy to play. I'm no luthier, but I really can't fault the finish. Nice inlays and binding, no excess epoxy that I can spot, no rattles. I have received several compliments like "That's a really pretty guitar", which I haven't heard for any of my other guitars.

Reliability/Durability : 7
Being a light 4.5 pound guitar with a plastic back, I wouldn't recommend rough treatment, but I'd say it will withstand the same treatment as a regular acoustic guitar. Since I got it for a song, I'm less careful with it than with my Larrivee C-03. With a plastic back, I don't have to worry about scratching it up. I have used it on gigs and it was stone reliable. If I could turn it up loud enough to keep up with the drums without getting feedback, I'd gig with it; being a cautious individual, I'm inclined to take 2 guitars anyway.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I bought this one used. Haven't tried customer support. Haven't wanted to. Warranties are a joke anyway.

Overall Rating : 10
I started playing almost 40 years ago, left my guitars in the closet until about 2 years ago; basically I'm a chord banger playing rhythm in a "classic" rock band. Currently my gig axe is a Parker Fly Classic, the collection includes an old Framus Texan 12-string, a "strat" I built from a kit and a hollow "tele" with Warmoth necks and SD pickups, a Variax acoustic, and the previously mentioned Larrivee. Amps include a couple of solid state 30W 1-12's, a 70's Music Man 65-112RP, and a rack setup with a Peavey PGP20 preamp, Lexicon effects, and 260 Watt solid state power amp running a 15-inch 2-way PA speaker.

I'd replace this one if it were stolen or lost (if I could find one), it's usually the first guitar I grab when I want to practice or play around.

I love the light weight, good looks, nice action; there's nothing about it that I hate, I wish I could make it sound "bigger".

This guitar was a super bargain - least expensive one in my collection, yet my day-to-day favorite.

Korean made, laminate bookmatched tiger maple top (mine is translucent amber)with abalone soundhole and body binding, 4 band active EQ w/volume/battery test, internal piezo pickup, thin body double cutaway, shaped plastic back, fixed rosewood bridge, die cast gears w/white pearl knob tuners, 20 fret reinforced bound rosewood neck, adjustment thru soundhole, pearl bird inlays.

Sound : 9
Is quiet when fingerpicking, good volume when flat picking unplugged... soft, earthy acoustic sound, nice with my folk/blues style.
Great acoustic/electric sounds when amped, EQ very flexible in tailoring to fit thru full range, rich to bright.
I'm very pleased with the instrument's tonal range.
Picks up my finger and body tremelos and vibratos, lets me shape and flavor, add delicacy...very nice.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Out of the box playability, action low and fast with medium weight strings. I'm going to try Elixer ultra light strings next, experiment to find what works best with my style.
Beautifully bookmatched laminate tiger maple top, well fit and bound, very minor finish issues...very well done for under $300.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Good bracing, reinforcing, feels very solid. My styles vary from fingerpicked ballads to robust pick strumming, stays in tune thru several hour sessions...good construction, hard translucent finish shows no sign of scratching from exhuberant picking yet.
I probably voided my two year factory warranty by adding a strap button to the neck at the body. It came with one bottom strap button and I just am uncomfortable with the strap tied to the tuner end of the neck. I am very happy with the thin plastic body...light, good arm positions, very comfortable.
I do depend on it, varying with my mandolin and fiddle at all sessions, no back ups.

Customer Support : 10
I purchased the Dillion DC360ET from an eBay store, http://www.qualityguitars.com Very good sales and service, cut me a deal and answered emails promptly and courteously.
I emailed info@dillionguitars.com after purchase asking for specs not found on the website and received a quick and courteous reply from John Dillion answering my questions and extending future help.
Two year warranty...no issues to date.

Am in my 50s, playing guitar on and off since jr. high. Became serious after college...sang at seven weddings, they all divorce, I gave up singing.
Always had an instrument around, picking up a Korean banjo 10 years ago, then a ltd. edition Ibanez mandolin five years ago, nice 20s era German fiddle a year ago, and wanted to get back into guitar after playing small eclectic venues for the last five years...jazz to blues, folk to rock...hard to get past the 70s...
Started searching the web, was drawn to the Dillion. I definitly would purchase another, I like everything about it, especially the price.

See previous reviews for specs. Mine is flamed amber in color. It has a fresh new design, and feels good to play.

Sound : 8
Sounds very suprising unplugged for the price. On par with a Carvin AC-series, or other thin-body acoustic/electric unplugged. Plugged in it sounds just as good as a any other Korean A/E. It was not designed to be pounded on, but responds to a softer touch. It has a sweet, light, sweet, woody tone. Great for finger style.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
Pretty darn good fit and finish. Seems pretty light, but solid. The matchbook flamed top is nice and even; abalogne trim is nice around the trangular sound hole, but too dark around the body's edges. The neck inlays (birds) are very nice, though. However, the inside of the shallow plastic 'bowl' has some noticeable scratches, and adhesive spills. You can't see these in subdued light. The neck is great! The feel and action is as good as many Carvin acoustic and electrics that I've played. The intonation is dead on. Very good Dillion! Way better than Washburns.

Reliability/Durability : 8
Seems solid, and should last for years.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Not dealt with them.

I've played and owns TONS of guitars. I bought this one for a beater/kicker guitar. I really enjoy playing this guitar. It has a fresh new look, feels good, plays good, and sounds good too. And for the money, you can't beat it. It sounds and plays better than the Washburn AE, and festival-series guitars. I would definately recommend this guitar to beginners and pros alike. I'de buy it again.

BRAND NEW, Made in Korea and imported. 20 frets, double cut away solid top (tiger maple) electric formed composite back. Mine is a beautiful green. EQ is 4 band with volume control. Mahogany neck with inlaid abalone fret markers and body sealed with abalone as well.
The neck is very thin and the action is very low (perhaps a bit too low).

Sound : 8
I play mine with a 25 watt Ibanez acoustic amplifier which suits it well. The action is fast but the strings do buzz a bit when not plugged in. Very rich when amplified and it plays alot like an electric. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and this is perfect for use with my condition. Also I have short fingers and sort of thick and it plays very well.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
I replaced the strings with the very best and this helped and made the action very fast. The guitar is well crafted and looks great!

Reliability/Durability : 9
This guitar is durable. It is better than the comparable Stratacoustic or Telecoustic or Talman. It is built better than these
and it looks better and is easier on the fingers. It also only cost me $259.00 shipped, a great buy!

Warranty is 1 year repair and replacement. I will be purchasing another acoustic/electric from Dillion in the next few months. The quality and craftsmanship is equal to an Ovation.

Overall Rating : 8
I played from 1969 to 1976 and just picked up playing again this year!
Compared to the gear that I had 20 years ago this is a great value as well as much easier to play. If it were stolen or lost I would purchase it again but would also look at the higher priced ones by Dillion. I originally looked at Ovations and Ibanez models but gave this one a try and I am very pleased!
