This guitar is a great guitar. It is a great heavy metal, hard rock, and classic rock guitar. I am using it with a Marshall Lead 12 and a Jim Dunlop Wah. It is noisy when used on the coil tap settings, but it is superflous. It has a rich sound, but it is a little bass heavy (treble heavy when tapped). It is good for bending, power chording, artificial harmonics, and tapping, but the sounds can get a little meshed and indistinct if sloppily played. I like the pickups, but i dislike the fact that the coil taps are noisy.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
I got my guitar perfectly set up (i bought it used, however) except with a tad of fret buzz on the g-string. The pickups were adjusted really well, for a nice level of distortion. The top is opaque and looks great. There are some binding mistakes, but they arent that noticeable.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar is very solid. I would gig without a backup, and the hardware is top notch. I can definitely depend on it.

I have had it for 2 months. Compared to my buddie's Epiphone Les Paul, which is a tad higher on pricing, it kills. It makes his guitar seem like he got it from Toys r' Us. If it got stolen or lost, i would definitely try to replace it. However, the noisy tapping is a definite detractor.
