Made In Korea 2001, maybe 2000. has 22 frets, sold like a tank and HEAVY! Two p-90 pickups, three way toggle, all this shit is in the other reveiws. I really don't feel like explaining all of it because it's all there. It has basic features, but I don't think every guitar has the best features. It fit's what I need but doesn't. it has a whammy bar and good pickups that's all I need.

I think anyone who buys this plays one of three things, Punk, surf and rockabilly. And that's really all you need. It could do full on metal if you threw a humbucker in the bridge but you could do that to any guitar. I use a fender deluxe 90 on it with a jackhammer distortion and I've also used it on a jcm 900. And it kicked ass, it shook the house no matter which amp I used. Of course it's noisy it has p_90's. It has such a raw unique sound, like it should only play ruanchy rock n roll, it rumbles! I'd like to hear it with an old marshall plexi head. And on clean surf type stuff it's just so clean rauncy it's beautiful! I love it. It fits all of my needs

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
It takes a while for the neck to get used to the strings. It went out of tune the first week or so but if you get it and it wont' stay in tune it's because of the tension of the neck. The frets looked nice, but I set up the bridge Higher because I like to be able to fight with the guitar. (it's the only way to play) it's a penis alpha male, I'm going to master whatever comes in my way kind of thing.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This thing is a fucking tank! It's heavy as a les paul, the hardware should last unless you drop it on it's fucking headstock or some dumb shit like that. the Finish looks good. the strap buttons look solid, You can depend on it way more than a univox hi flier. I just wish this had the pickups of the highflier (hmmm...maybe I'll create a frankinstein) You can definately depend on it and I would use it without a backup. But I keep a backup anyway because I'm harsh on strings.

never dealt with the company, but I got the guitar from the same place as the first reveiwer and they all seem like good guys to deal with. Guitar Finder in Columbia Missouri is a good place to shop in Missouri, it's small...but it's a good business. But since I live in Jefferson City, I go to Rosewood Music. But Missouri Music in Jefferson city is SHIT! I shouldn't have any problems exept getting maybe me feeling like it needs new pickups when it probably shouldn't

Overall Rating : 10
Overall this things a 10 in my book. It's everything I need to play my type of music. I'm the Bass player of the band the Bubba Factor, and a former guitar player of the band the Racks here in Missouri. I hope to be playing guitar in another band and I think I've found the guitar to stick to after owning Sg's which are great but I never feel like spending money on a bigsby, Strats which are also great but their are so many of them, Danelectro Hoodad's which didn't have a good high output so bad distortion but on clean and sounded good and had a bigsby styled tremelo, a Japanese made jagmaster fun but just is so boring because you can't get that great of sounds out of it. A univox Hi Flier is good, but their too thin and unreliable but they sound great it's just I'm afraid to break it! This is the best guitar out of all that felt right had the right features and the right sound. All without throwing away thousands of dollars on a real mosrite. Great Guitar for 400 bucks

this is a korean made guitar, i'm guessing 2000 as the year. it has 22 frets, two p-90 single coil type pickups, 1 volume, 1 tone knob with 3-way selector switch. it has a bigsby style whammy bar system and tune-o-matic bridge. tuners are older vintage style wiyh smooth feel, neck feels average size as do the frets.

Sound : 10
i use this guitar for surf, rock-a-billy, punk, noise, etc. i have had it about a year and it suits me just fine. i have been using it through a silverface twin reverb, 135 watt model. the other review says to have it sheilded for distortion but i have not had any noise problems with mine. even with a superfuzz it is no more noisy than any other decent guitar. works good with big muff, ds-1, etc. unless you are really picky, i don't know. it goes out of tune but i go crazy on the whammy bar- any guitar would go out. not too bad though. i think the pickups sound great, clean or distorted. i just wish dillion would have made the vibrato system like the old mosrites. oh yeah, the bridge kept lowering itself as i would play, so put two small pieces of folded paper under each side to keep it in place, no big deal. this guitar is heavy which gives great sustain and a bit more of a bassy sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
the guitar was set up pretty good when i got it aside from the aforementioned bridge problem. the finish wasn't absolutely perfect but i'm not really concerned with it. no other problems.

Reliability/Durability : 10
i think you could throw it through a wall and still play it.

i have been playing for about 7 years and have had a few guitars and am most satisfied with this one. i would replace it if something happened to it. i would recommend this model over the univox mosrites. that is all, ROCK ON!!!!!!!

Probably made in Korea in 1999 or 2000. Pickups are two black cover P-90 style single-coils. 3-way switch. 1 vol/1 tone control. Unfinished bolt-on maple neck with binding and rosewood fretboard. Sunburst finished body. Body, neck, the whole thing, styled after a Mosrite Ventures model. Bigsby-styled vibrato tailpiece (almost willing to bet it was made unmarked by Bigsby for Dillion. Too many similarities) and tune-o-matic style bridge. Tuners are similar to those of an original Mosrite. Thin frets. No other accessories except for a third party made gig bag.

Sound : 10
Suits surf, punk, blues, or country perfectly. With the polepieces adjusted higher and volume full blast it gives killer mid-range. Through changing the tone control and pickup selector it is also capable of an excelent blues or country tone. If I heard this and an original Ventures model blindfolded I would guess someone switched this with a Mosrite. It's that good. I'm currently playing through a silverface 40 Watt super reverb chassis in a 2-12 fender cabinet(Basically a Pro Reverb). IF YOU INTEND TO USE ANY OVERDRIVE OR DISTORTION WITH THIS GUITAR YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IT SHIELDED. I tried 3 different overdrive/distortion pedals with which it was completely unusable do to the amount of noise before I took the liberty of taking the pickguard off and just as I suspected, only worse. No shielding except for maybe (and that's a big maybe) 1 inch aluminum on the bottom side of the pickguard around switch and the volume and tone controls. Not even any paint shielding! Other than that just the standard bridge/tailpiece grounding wire. I am not even plugging this into any distortion until I shield it out myself. There was enough buzzing I would almost fear in its currently unshielded state, it could damage the speakers. But for being on the shelf for $399 I could have done much worse. However, being that I can do the work to correct this myself in less than an hour, I will overlook the poor shielding and rate this category purely on the tone.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The action was perfect coming from the shop. The intonation took about 30 seconds for perfection. One small nearly unnoticeable flaw on cutaway near strap-pin.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Definitely tough enough to withstand live playing. Looks like hardware will last. Finish was well-applied minus the previously mentioned flaw. I will get locking strap buttons though. I don't trust any guitar without them. Dependable, stays in tune(better than my strat) through an agressive vibrato workout. I would not use any guitar without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them. Probably won't. I can do the work myself.

Overall Rating : 8
I've been playing for 4 years. I've owned an Explorer, ES-125, ES-175 copy, USA standard strat, 50th anniversary tele, and various other guitars. If it were stolen I would find the person, strap them to the floor run wires from various metal parts on my hot and running amps while randomly changing the ground switches until he is an ex-human. As before, the only thing wrong currently is the shielding situation.
