I have been playing for a couple of years now and this is my favourite so far. Its a 2002 Ex-102 made in Korea like all ESP's. It has 22 jumbo frets, which show no sign of wear, and made of Rosewood. It has the coolest Explorer(Gibson) shape and is black. i have put an EMG pickup on the bottom and left the duncan design standard on the top and its sounds awesome. It has 3-way selector switch and volume and tone control. the only problem with the whole guitar is the neck is a bit too fat and heavy but thats not too bad anyway.

Sound : 10
It has the best sound for any kind of metal. Especially Metallica. you cant go by the heavy sound that it produces but it isnt the best for clean music like jazz and blues but it still sounds fine on clean, just some thing like a strat craps all over it on clean.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
the guitar was put together very well. the pickups and the bridge are all fine and the finish is great. the body and neck are both made of quality wood. the neck being rosewood. as of yet, i cant find any flaws with the guitar exept for a scratch by my friend. all up this guitar is fantastically made.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I havent played live with it yet but i think that it would easily make it through hard live playing. everything is made well and i dont think would wear. i could depend on it and i would definately play it live without a back up.

Customer Support : No Opinion
the warranty is good but ive never had any trouble so i dont know about the support.

Overall Rating : 10
All up this is one kick ass guitar. i am totally satisfied with it and i am glad that i got this one. the only thing on the whole guitar is the slightly heavy neck. If it was stolen, if i could afford it, i would buy a strat, but otherwise i would definately buy this one again. if i had to sum it up in one sentance it would be... "it kicks the S**t out of a B.C. Rich."

Made in Korea in 2002 I believe. 22 XJ frets, basswood body and maple/rosewood neck. H/H configuration with one volume, one tone and Gibson style three way pickup selector switch. Pickups are stock passive Seymour Duncans. Gloss black finish, ESP's new explorer body style. Has a Tune-O-Matic bridge with Gotoh tuners. 24.75" Scale. Comes with the standard cable.

Sound : 10
Awesome guitar for heavy metal and various other styles. I use a Line6 POD v2.0, a Boss AC-2 acoustic simulator, and a crybaby wah with my randall RG150 amplifier. Very little noise for stock passives, with a very nice, smooth sound. I feel that you can play very many styles of music with this guitar, but the body shape favors metal. I love this guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Set up perfectly! The only thing I had to change was the height of the pickups to tweak my personal sound. No flaws whatsoever.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar is definitely solidly built. The hardware is also top notch in my book and I really have to decide whether or not I want to switch out the pickups. The finish is fine, it's now my main guitar and has little damage other than the unavoidable pick scratches. Strap buttons function fine. I'd use it as a main guitar and as a backup on a gig.

Haven't needed to deal with them.

I've been playing for the past 6 years and my gear has changed from mere copies to almost completely ESP guitars. I own an EXP-200 as well as an EX-350 with the licensed Floyd Rose tremelo. If this guitar was stolen from me, I'd have to search around for another one and I'd pray that I would find a replacement. I do wish that it could have come with active EMG pickups, however it's not really feasible given the price I paid.
