Edwards were, I believe, a top quality group that manufactured high end models for ESP. (now maybe replaced by 'LTD'?)
Made in 1992 for the Japanese market.
Body: Mahogany with a deep sunburst. Shape is very cool, a little like a fatter brian may custom or an Gibson SG but with fatter rounder edges. Great balance
Neck: Maple/Rosewood, super smooth
Pickups: H-H, ESP "Mother-II" x 2
Bridge: Badass style stoptail, where the strings feed in from the front of the tail piece, then round and over the top (rather than just straight through)
3 way swtich, 1 volume, 1 tone
All controls, tuner etc in brass / gold colour.

The quality of everything about this guitar is superb and can not be faulted. You feel it the moment you pick it up. Only reason it is not a 10 is because I would perfer to have locking nuts to help keep tune during 'enthusiastic' live performances. I daren't fit any though because I don't want to mess with such a great instrument.

Sound : 9
I play classic rock / blues and a bit of rock funk - Cream, Free, Hendrix, early Aerosmith, Chili Peppers etc.

This gives a superb roundness with brighness or mudiness on demand using the pickups and tone. It has that piano like roll that I have stiven for with many guitars. Through a classic '72 Marshall mercury this thing is awsome.

Basically very versatile but I prefer to use it for that classic tube feel.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I cannot fault it. You can tell it's top quality from 30 yards! One of the best I have ever played.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Based on the build quality I would say this is a laster. I do not punish it too much...it' just too nice to abuse. It's never let me down though, and I don't think it ever will. Only not giving it a 10 because the tuning slips slightly with new strings after a song or two. Still, I seem to remember Rory Gallagher retuning after every live song!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to use!

Overall Rating : 9
Simply wonderful. High quality, the sound I have searched for and a great looking guitar. I've not played much better.
When I bought it I did not know much about it except it looked and sounded great. The more I played it the more I got out of it's sound.
