made in korea (2000), 24 frets, solid top, with volume and tone controls and a 3 way switch, H/H pickups. Maple neck and all finished in black. Shaped like a strat with a floyd rose came with a gig bag

Sound : 8
i like to do heavy metal/rock, and this is suited to that
i only use it with a small yamaha ga-10 amp. I find it has a bright sound but has a lot of variety, with distortion, its amazing. I only think if you choose both pickups on the selector switch, it'll sound good, because if you use them alone, they sound very bad

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
it was set up well, so were the pickups.
i didn't find any real flaws, but the selector switch is slightly deformed

Reliability/Durability : 8
I practise it about an hour or Two a day, it lasts and although i dont play live,it seems solid enough to withstand it. the finish seems alright but looks a bit weak and a knock against the wall will leave a mark. The strap is brilliant and the guitar is dependable, i'd use it without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion

i've had it for a few months, and have been playing for just over a year, i'd probably buy a fender floyd rose if it got stolen, but this one was the best in the shop(for its price) There were ibenazes, epiphones and jacksons to compare to, but this one was the best, and i wish the body had been finished better

its got a floyd rose thats pretty reliable once you get it blocked, a reverse headstock, dual humbuckers that are designed by s.d., 24 fret bolt on neck,1 vol. and 1 tone knob. overall its pretty much got everything i need.

Sound : 9
this is the best metal guitar for the money without question. its a screamin beast pretty good and warm clean too. i use it with a line 6 spider with NO FX and i still get a damn good tone out of it. its especially great for leads but im a rhythym guitarist and it suits my needs too.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
it seems like this stuff was all pretty good but i dont really remember it a whole lot. the only problem i had was once the strings staarted buzzing like crazy but i just adjusted the neck and it went away. the body-neck joint is molded and it makes access to the higher frets very easy and it feels like the joint isnt even there. its a very nice detail that a lot of other guitars dont have.

Reliability/Durability : 9
strong as hell, ive played it at least an hour a day for the past 9 months and its still as strong as the first day i bought it. the one thing that sucks about it is that the trem bar moves around a little in its socket.

Customer Support : No Opinion
i do the work myself so no opinion here.

Overall Rating : 9
ive been playing for about a year and a half and i'd recommend it as a step up from your first guitar or if you need a cheap workhorse. i also own a jackson js30 and i paid the same for that and this guitar smokes the jackson. I would definitely buy this guitar again and i use it as my main guitar. it has great, strong pickups and i love the floyd. make sure you get the floyd blocked as soon as you get it though otherwise it takes away the whole point of having it.

Excellent Korea made guitar, with the most beautyful revers headstock.
A pair of powerful humbuckers, licensed Floyd, 24 frets and rosewood fingerboard. Gunmetal blue paint.
I just love the shape and look of my guitar.
The olnly thing I miss are another volume knob

Sound : 7
The pickups are copys of Duncan, so they sounded pretty good, but I installed a Emg 81 and 60, because i wanted that 'tallica sound, and I got it. EMG pickups are the only pickups for heavy stuff.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The strings were a bit high, por my preference, but thanks to that great duble acttion rod, it was easy to adjust.
Very confortables frets and niceknobs....Top stuff

Reliability/Durability : 10
Everything is perfectly made, top quality woods, excellent paint and the best black finish on the hardware I've seen on any guitar. The floyd is very solid, and the pickups too.

Customer Support : No Opinion

I've bought and sell about 50 guitars in the pasts years, and quite frankly, this guitar has the best price-quality relation on the market. Buy it.... Ltd guitars are great...?.

Anybody looking for a "new" LTD ESP, who hasn't actually seen or played one is in for a big suprise. I walked into my local guitar store and see about 10 hanging on the wall. I See the "LTD" on the headstock and think "cheap and crappy". As I get closer, I see the ESP logo on the truss rod cover and think great, a cheesy knockoff of ESP's that sort of the Gibson to Epi discrimination thing. I check the prices and see they are in the $400.00 to $700.00 range and think great, $250.00 guitars from korea that they have bought out the ESP name or been licensed or something that they charge you twice as much for cuz they say ESP. Then I picked one up.

The fit and finish, not bad at all. Hardware, seems nice, details, all in place. I plug one in and start to play. The pickups were a littel weak, but the tone was sweet. I figure, what's the harm. I play a les paul copy, an explorer style, a flying v, and s.g. and what appears to be your basic strat style.

Every last one of them was built nice, set up right, and sounded and played with ease. Nice low action. What really got me was the tone out of the Flying V, the Explorer Style and the S.G. The less paul sounded very less pauly (set neck) very heavy, long sustain.

I ended up buying a beautiful H 201 flamed maple top, fixed bridge model. While it could use a set of seymour duncans, the stock pickups will be more than enough for some.

I have played Ibanez, Fender, Gibsons, Epiphones, Godin's, you name it in this price range that you only hoped once you plugged them in that they a. sounded good, and b. played well.

If I had the money, I would have bought one of each I played today.

The guitar for the money quotient is filled by these babies.

Seriously consider and go play a new ESP if you are in the $400.00 to $500.00 range. You might be supised.

I have never in my life been able to walk into a store and find three, four, five guitars in one sitting that I would buy. You know how it is, they look good but the tone sucks, or they sound good but are a pain to play, or the color aint right or the price is way to much.

What impressed me the most was the consistency across the board from one model to the next.

It Was made In The Year 2000 in Korea it has 24 Extra Jumbo Frets. It Has One Volume One Tone knobs, It has Dual Semore Duncan Pickups which i wish were Emg 81's But nevertheless there still great pickups. The neck is a great maple finish the color is metalic red and it has a floyd rose locking tremlo.

Sound : 9
GREAT SOUND!!!!!!!!!!! For me that is, i play almost anything from lynyrd skynyrd to Metallica (i tend to lean more on the metallica side though) And It Sounds Great with my setup, Fender London Reverb to Zoom 505 to crybaby wah to DOD stero Delay to DOD Parametric Eq to nady wireless 1001 then to my guitar. All though i wish i had a Marshal mg 100 rcd head. It has a nice rich creamy sound or basicly any sound you want if you know how to get it. Like i said this guitar can make any sound you want.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
the action is great, the pickups were adjusted proprely. Everything was on nice and tight except the in put nut but i had that fixed in a jif.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Although i havent played live i know it would withstand. The finish is nice and solid. I did change the strap buttons to dunlop strar lock but before i did that they worked fine my guitar never once sliped. I Problay wouldent play a gig without it because it really sucks if you break a string in the middle of a song.

Customer Support : No Opinion
i havent dealt with them yet, but a lifetime warrnty is good enough for me.
