Year unknown but probably 2009. Made in Korea.
20 frets, Tone Chambered Mahogany Body. Covered in opaque red.
Bolt on neck (4 bolts),into recessed body.
Body is super-flat back and front.
Controls:
3 Way Selector. Each AIRLINE Vintage Voiced Single Coil pickup has it's own volume and tone dials and there is also a master volume. It's possible to emmulate a kill switch with this configuration. The knobs are cheap looking plastic jobs but thats the character of the beast. It wouldn't be a 2P DLX with other furniture on it.
Tune-o-matic bridge.
Neck scale 25 1/2" (648mm) width at nut 1 11/16"
Rosewood fingerboard with block markers in faux mother of pearl.
No accessories gives 1 off a perfect score.

This is a perfect tone hound. Sounds a little dirty even through a clean solid state amp but put through a distortion pedal and this guitar really wakes up. Enough difference between the neck and bridge pickups and together they sound really warm and crunchy and ready for rock and blues.
Passive pickups but have huge volume. Adjustments on all dials are smooth and very noticable within the tones. very rich tones and each note rings out with nice sustain.

perfectly set-up out of the box (only very slight tuning needed). As this was shipped to me I can't believe how close it was to perdect tuning.
Nut ever so slighty nicked between string placements but that is really nit-picking.
Finish is superb otherwise. all hardware is spot on.

Seems like a hugely solid and well built guitar but only time will tell. Seems very tough and gig ready.

this part is a review of www.guitarvillage.co.uk which were very friendly and helpful with the purchace. next day delivery and very well boxed.
Don't know about repairs or Eastwood themselves. I don't think i'll come across any problems. The 2P Deluxe seems pretty bomb proof to me.

other guitars owned are an Epiphone acoustic and a Gretsch Corvette. the Airline is every bit as well built as the Gretsch is. Maybe could even take more of a pounding but as said previously, time will tell on that score.
Would have been nice to come with an Eastwood case but how much do I expect from a relatively cheap guitar??
A real keeper. I can't fault the quality.

This guitar fits my style perfectly, we play a variety from oldies to country to blues to classic rock!!! I play this guitar through a Bugera all tube amp w/ berringer 4x12 cab. It does not have any noise at all. The sounds I get are full and very bright, I just love this guitar, I also want to get the Ichiban and the Airline Map guitars!!

This guitar came to me through UPS and the set up was incredible right out of the box. The action is fast and didnt need any adjusting. There is nothing wrong with the guitar that this inspectors eye can see, and I'm the kind of person that will find it if its there:)

So far ,since it's so new, Ive only played one gig with it so far but we are set up for a bunch of gigs and it will be my main guitar with the Ibanez sitting on the stand as my back-up. The finish is thick and rich and oozes with luster!! I can definately depend on this guitar( so far ).

I've been playing guitar for 35 years and must say, this guitar has got to be the nicest guitar Ive played in a long time. I own 2 Ibanez, a kit that I built and a Yamaha and this guitar is simply the one and only now. I would and will buy another one, just a matter of time!!
