For all the details see the review by Jeff R. I totally agree with him ( and we don't kown each other. I have the redburst. I love the look... as people who saw her at the first gig we did.Nobody noticed my blue Tele or my blonde ES-335. They just asked me where did I find this guitar.

I have a Tele, a Burns, A ES-335 and my main guitar his my Godin LG Signature for her versatility. I needed another to keep my Gibson at home. And a saw a review of the town and Country in Total Guitar. I play through a Boss GT-6 ( four cables set-up) plugged in Fender Deville. The finest thing with her is to be able to preset the tone and volume for each pickup. With the Deville you get a nice overdrived sound with the bridge pickup at full volume, and you just switch to the neck pickup for the clean part of the song. Before I had to go to the GT-6 to select a patch. Now I'm free onstage, with my Eastwood. She's got a nine because I would like a little more precision with the individual volume controls, but be fooled, they are almost perfect.

She was in the truck at 2:30, travelled, arrived at my (her) home(Quebec City) at 16:30 in her case. The finish an all the parts were fine. Pickup adjustment was perfect ( I tested the output of them with The GT-6).I removed the plastic sheet over the pickups and scratch plate. Played her unplugged, no fret buze, no bizare sounds coming from loose parts. I didn't even have to tune it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had to adjust my playing a little bit because of her short neck ( compared to my other guitars). But it's not really an issue. I read about the fact that some people had problems with the place where the individual controls stand. It did'nt bother me at all... And I liked to swing my right arm...

I have her for only three months. Did three gigs with her without any problem. Played her at rehearsals (lot of hours) no problem either. I put Scheller's strap lock on her, you don't want to drop this guitar. The finish is still beautiful ( I'm a bit maniac with the care of my babies). All the hardware is still working perfectly. Would do any gig without a backup.

Didn't have any problem, so... Delivery was within three days. I'sent a message to Mike Robinson to tell him I was very happy, and got an answer the same day. I friend of mine bought a Savana and have the same opinion. I give her a nine just because i owned it since only three monts.

Read above. I will never live without her, she's so special, the look, the playability, the sound... And for the price, I've never seen a guitar like that. ( I told a couple of people ( and the drummer of our band) that she is very expensive. Also, I am French Canadian, so my english writing might be not so perfect.

Eastwood manufactured, Korean made reissue of a 60's Airline Town and Country in a gloss vintage cream finish. 25 1/2 scale and I'd have a tough time describing the body style to you since all the airline models that valco was putting out in the 60's were just so unique. Google it to see for youself. Definitely a style you'll either love or hate. For myself, I'm whole heartedly in the former category. Absoluetly love the look. Draws attention like no guitar I've seen played before. Now while the originals were made from molded res-o-glass plastics, the new reissues are chambered mahogany...which is a good thing. The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard and inlaid block markers. The bridge is a 5 way adjustable roller bridge, which I didn't truly begin to appreciate until I started using the bigsby trem. Now we start getting to the good parts. The pickups on this thing are fantastic. 3 humbucking hot alnico 10's with separate volume/tone knobs for each pup located above the strings. Master volume dial below. Takes a little getting used to, but the ability to preset three different sounds and have them available at the flick of the strat style 3 way switch is great. Really you couldn't ask for better features on a guitar. Top marks here.

I own a few guitars, and I like them to do whatever it is they do exceptionally well. I don't ask for a lot of variety in sound and wouldn't expect a tele to do a les paul's job or vise versa, but this Airline T&C is phenomenal. From blues to jazz to rock to country twang, this guitar does it all and it does it all very well. A bit of fooling around on the tone and volume knobs to get a truly clean sound out of it, but quite doable. Really shines on the blues/rock end of the spectrum though. The pups provide a really full sound with lots of sustain. Amps vary from an old vintage Fender tube amp to an SWR s.blonde while occasionally played through a line 6 effects modeler. I'm really trying to find flaws in this guitar but sound defintely isn't one of them. This guitar gets as high of a mark as I'd give for sound. A nine. If I ever hear a ten I'll let you know.

Arrived here in Canada on a freezing cold day, and I was foolish enough to order without a case since I had spares at home. It was very well boxed however, and after letting it slowly adjust to room temp, I began unpacking it. I was already prepared to take it to the shop for a setup but you guessed it, setup was fine right out of the box. After a quick tuneup and some fingerwork down the frets, I was glad to see the action needed no adjustment at all. Subjective I guess, but I was thrilled with it. Looking over every inch of it, I found my one and only problem with the guitar...a minutely small indentation in the finish where the neck meets the body. The tuning machines The vintage cream looked every bit as beautiful as the pictures showed though. Love em or hate em, as I said before, it really is a guitar that's sure to get a lot of attention.

Haven't had it a terribly long time, but from what I can tell, this thing is solidly built. The vintage Kluson style chrome/nickel tuners seem quite reliable, and I think I could gig without backup. Only time will tell how this holds up but I suspect it'll do just fine.

Glad to say I've never had to get anything repaired(still quite new), but it does have a limited 3 year warranty to cover any sort of manufacturing flaws which does make me feel better even though I suspect I'll never need it. Dealt with both Mike Robinson and Peter McCracken at Eastwood and they were terrific to promptly answer any questions I had. No question, I'd deal with them again. I had a bit of trouble getting in touch with someone at first, but that was due to my trying to contact them over the Christmas holidays, so I can't dock marks there.

I've been playing guitar for about 6 years now(mandolin and bass a bit longer), and currently have about 11 guitars in my collection ranging from a late 90's Fender strat, to a lawsuit era Mann, a Larrivee OM-03R w/fishman rare earth custom blend, and a Takamine EG560CE. Always been a bit more of an acoustic junkie until recently, but thats slowly been changing. I tried tracking down an Eastwood to take for a test run before purchasing this and couldn't. Not a lot of dealers carry them right now unfortunately. I am very very glad I took the plunge and bought it though. Plays as well and sounds as nice as anything I've ever tried. If something should happen to it, I'd buy another in a heartbeat. I love this guitar and plan on using it as my main axe for a very long while. Worth every penny. Although I hate when people give guitars a full 10 overall, I really wouldn't be doing it justice if I gave it any less. Just try one and you'll see.
