Brand new offshoot of the pearlcaster line, basically a pearlcaster without a pickguard and on roids. Mine is the first of the line, 22 frets with sterling silver inlays of my tribal tattoo, duncan pickups SSH (alnico pro-N, cool rails-M, invader-B), macassar ebony neck, gaboon fretboard, korina body, shallow v neck, hipshot trem, sperzel tuners, jumbo frets, and a matte french rub finish.

There is no sound I cannot get out of this damn thing! I use a tri-axis with a 2:90 through 2 peavey 5150 4x12 cabs, and various effects (not givin away all my secrets damnit). The Korina sustains forever and is deep as hell while still havin a good strat top end when on the neck pickup.

While its heavy for a guitar, it doesn't bother me that much (of course I am 6'1" and go 220lbs) the weight mostly comes from the neck being all ebony, but it is balanced extremely well and holy shit is it fast, a ton faster then my PRS and that is sayin something. I was very pleased with the shallow v neck, better than any other neck I have played. As far as finish goes, it looks bad as hell on stage, primal with the matte finish.
Reliability/Durability
:
No Opinion
I have broken everything I have ever touched so this is bound to go at some point, but it hasn't yet.

The one bad thing about Ed is that he is a perfectionist that is overworked. It took me over a year to get this guitar since he has so many orders and is understaffed. I am very pleased with it, but that was way too damn long to wait.

If I had more time to talk with Ed I probably would have added a few things or changed some things around here and there, but as for being a custom strat style guitar, I have yer to find its equal anywhere. If it was stolen I would probably never recover from the loss. There is something about getting a totally unique guitar done to your specs, and try havin fender make you one just like it, aint gonna happen.
