I use this guitar with my Marshall TSL100 half stack and my Laney LX65R combo, and with both it sounds awesome! I play a lot of rock/metal/blues music, and it sounds great for everything I play. I recently tried it out with my friend's Mesa Boogie Mark IV amp and his Bogner Ecstacy amp, and it sounded awesome with these also. It has a very rich, full and punchy tone, great for rock and metal, yet is versatile enough to play any other music you want to. The Seymour Duncan pickups sound great, and this, matched with the Mahogany body/neck and the set-neck construction, give the guitar awesome sustain. The clean tones are also great when using either the neck pickup, or both pickups combined. The guitar sounds especially good for 80's era Metallica!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
This is the most impressive guitar i've owned for everything being where it should be, everything is perfectly aligned, no complaints here! Finish is great, frets are fine, action is good. I couldn't spot one fault!

Reliability/Durability : 10
I bought the guitar second hand, and it was made 4 years ago, and is still fine and flawless, so I imagine it'll last quite a while yet!

I have been playing for around 8-9 years, and own and have owned various other guitars, other guitars I own at the moment include a Gretsch hollowbody and a Squire Telecaster with P-90s, and this Explorer is the best guitar I've owned yet! If it was lost or stolen I'd be seriously depressed for a long time, and then search everywhere I could to find another! It just has an awesome tone, plays great, and looks really cool! It's made extremely well, everything is where it should be, no complaints whatsoever! I was looking for a Gibson style explorer in white, was considering getting a Gibson, but saw this on ebay and chose this instead. I have no regrets whatsoever, I can't see how any Gibson explorer could be better than this! I highly recommend Edwards guitars to anyone considering buying one or just anyone looking for a great sounding, great playing and well made guitar!
