Sound : 10
It suits my music style just fine. I play some sort of prog metal I guess. I really will play anything if I like how it sounds. I am either using it with a ENGL 50 thunder combo or Mesa Nomad (100) head with a 1960 Marshall cab. It is not noisy at all, active electronics. The sound is full and thick but with a little more bite from the EMG's.I can go from dreamy clean to the blackest of metal. I dont dislike anything about this guitar its great!I would just like to take this time to say all the people who think EMG's can only get one sound and all that noise, just stop its not true.Learn how to turn some knobs on your amp and guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The guitar was set up pretty good but I still will get it setup. There were no flaws to my eyes.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
The guitar is somewhat new but it feels solid. The hardware is top notch and it works every time I plug it in :) Would I gig without a backup? No always have a backup you just never know.Based on it being very new I cant rate this section.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Bought from japan on ebay so I dont know if it has a warranty anymore.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for about 13 years and own all sorts of gear Ibanez Jem, a few old RG's,Custom Warmoth HSS w/EMG's, ESP Vintage Plus Strat, Carvin 7 string,Edwards Potbelly w/EMG's,and a few more. I have owned 4 Les Pauls in my day 2 LP standards and 2 Studios. I am sure people want to know how it compares to a Gibson LP. Well you get way more bang for your buck with Edwards. IMO people are just paying for the name.$2100.-$2600. for a new Gibson LP standard is just flat out ridiculous seriously. They need to really open their eyes at Gibson, just because it has Gibson USA on it does not mean its good. Some say oh its made in Japan on a line blah, blah, blah. Big Japanese guitar manufactures like ESP & Ibanez just make better guitars at better prices imho.
