I picked this guitar up used in the early 1980's. I have been playing guitar, everything from classic rock to Jimmy Buffett. I have ran it through everything from Peavey to Crate. This guitar is a hidden gem!!! This guitar can be as gritty as early Areosmith to the brightest sounds of island music!!!! A second tone knob would be nice, but overall this guitar is great.

I bought this guitar used for $175.00 I was on a shoestring. I tuned it and was gigging with it the next weekend. the pick-ups on this guitar are great, easy to adjust... I could find no flaws in workman ship of this guitar. The finish on this guitar is indistructable!!! I have had no problems with this guitar and it's over 20 years old.

I gigged with this guitar every weekend for (7) years without ever having a problem. All the hardware on this guitar is like new... Like I said before, the finish is indistructable!!!! the strap buttons could be abit bigger, I installed aftermarket strap buttons. I never even thought about a back-up when I was gigging with this guitar. Very dependable!!! This guitar never, I mean never goes out of tune...

Ive been playing since I was 14, I'm 45 now... I own a Peavey T-60 and T-40, Fender Straticustic, Gison SG, several Peavey amps. I currently use a Behringer 4X12 powered by a Crate Power Block using Line 6 set-up. I don't know at this point what I would do if it got stolen, These gems are hard to find!!!

I mainly play my own stuff, which consists of lots of power and barre chords, with a little picking thrown in. Basically a hobby player. I play through a VERY loud late 80s Fender M-80 half stack. The cleans are extremely clean, and the distortion is damn near deafening. And that's on 1. Just let me say up front that I am extremely happy with this guitar, so expect a good review. With the tone on 10, bridge hum only, and the brass nut you can get quite bright if you like. But roll the tone off a little and go to either both or the neck only and you're in lush heaven. Full, smooth, and warm. You can also split either humbucker for a little quack, if that's your thing.

This guitar is well over 20 years old and I owe whoever had it before me a big debt. This thing is as mint as can be. All original and obviously very well taken care of.

This guitar is built like a tank! Like a Carvin, I could use it as a weapon if I had to. The hardware is all original and there's no pitting of the chrome to be found. Would I gig with it without a backup? You bet.

I've been playing about 3 years and have owned over 60 guitars. Never had a better one. Had some as good, but none better for me. If it were stolen I'd hunt the bastard down and kill him with it. As it is I'm looking for the X260N version.
