Don't know the year; can't find this model online. Says made in Korea inside body.
This guitar appears similiar in shape and design as several other emperadors listed here.
It has one volume and one tone control on body as it is acoustic/electric. plugged it into a small fender box and it sounds very good.
It's black w/white piping and has the abalone inlays running down to the body. It has the bluebird design on body as well as the fancy bridge with abalone inlays.
Pretty thin rosewood neck, easy to play.
came with generic soft carry case.

Since this is my first guitar I'm quite pleased.
Just playing without the amp.
Very good sound when I plugged it into the Fender box.
Rich sound, better than the 300 dollar yamaha, not tinny at all, bright.
No dislikes so far.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Guitar appears to be in original shape.
Had my buddy try it out before purchasing, he loved the action.
Everything is perfect on this guitar except being in Hawaii the hardware is a bit oxidized but fixable with a little polish. The tuners are tight but not too tight, seems just right. This guitar seems solid.
Reliability/Durability

I don't know how old this guitar is and how hard it's been played but it seems very solid when you jam.
The finish seems to have withstood the time and play as well.
Strap buttons solid.
We'll see how it lasts as I get better.
Heh, would love to play in a gig someday...

My first guitar.
Just started playing.
I really like this guitar; for me it's a perfect fit.
I love the design and abalone inlays and the custom bridge.
I chose this guitar for its ease in playability.
Going to have it restrung asap.
Everyone who's seen this guitar is impressed by both the design and sound.
