A beautiful, full-size cutaway. Mine is sunburst(vintage) and has gotten compliments. Looks nice onstage. Wood is thin spruce on top. Must be laminated. Back and sides are mahoganey looking. Nice Gotoh tuners. Nice sturdy neck/body joint. Case is not included at low price ($249). Volume, pre-amp, 5-band eq, chorus as part of Epi-6 setup. Battery included. Thin neck, decent small frets, nice 12th fret inlay, also one in the headstock.

Tinny acoustic sound. Needs to be played with easy attack. Can sound nice with conscious effort not to pound. Acoustically a "5". Plugged in the guitar comes alive. EQ really dials out tinniness. Chorus is rich and full, very adjustable. Really luscious. What a pleasant surprise! Compliments from listeners. Very musical sound from the Epi-6 system. Electrically at least a "9". Play it through a regular amp (mine is deluxe reverb) and it is fine. Acoustic amp also fine.

I find the bridge to be the source of the tinny rattle syndrome. At first I thought frets were to blame. But no, neck is ok after some slight straightening-- easy to do through soundhole. Loose jackhole nut as delivered. All else ok.

Seems good. Already took a header, and came out ok.

Great plug-in acoustic for cheap. If you want an heirloom, look elsewhere (Martin, Gibson Taylor, etc). I need this for onstage guitar work when not on Tele.I bought it because of incredible price, and am not sorry. I've never heard of a bad Epi.

i play whatever it comes to my mind but mostly rock, so this guitar can do everything. It has a full rich sound that makes you keep playing. i only had to adjust the saddle a little because it buzzed, but now its ok.the chorus is very cool it sound ;like a 12 string guitar.

everything was ok, but only the saddle needed to be up a little, i just had to cut a small piece of cardboard so the saddle raise up and stop the buzzing, another thing is that the endpin and bridge pins look very cheap, i changed them already, but they still function ok
