I got my guitar made by a guy called Jonathan Law, his company is called Feline guitars - which used to be based in Surbiton, Surrey where I live (now in Croydon). It was completed in 1997.
The guitar is a BC rich warlock shape with a reversed headstock.
It has 22 frets which lay on a through neck and are detailed with mother of pearl lightning bolts as markers on the usual frets, with two small ones (one on top of the other) on the 12th fret (looks awsome!). The body is midnight blue which fades from light to dark from the middle out, the back of the neck fades to a black headstock, which has black machine heads.
It has a volume control, one tone control and a five way selector which enables the guitar to create various sounds/tones.
A floyd rose trem is fitted with locking nuts.
Accessories were extra but I went for a very padded gig bag, and a sturdy custom made fight case for safe storage at home. I also got a leather thick & padded strap and the guitar is fitted with strap attatchments (can't remember the name for them) so no chance of slipping off and causing damage. (they are designed so if you forget the strap with the attatchments you can pop on a normal strap)
Given a 10/10 as all features decided by me so perfect!
Sound

Main style - Metal/Hardcore (the heavier the better) fav. band - Pantera!
Guitar suits the style like a glove - looks the part and performs extreemly well. I can get a meaty heavy tone but easily switch to clean/soft for a slow/melodic tone. loads of variety. lots of inbetween sounds to play with - 99/100 I can get the sound i'm after.
Had my Laney amp since the guitar & not likely to change - gives a good clean tone so reflects guitars settings really well. Recently upgraded to a Digitech RPX 400 loads of cool effects and able to create your own, excellent sound quality definately completes the set up. (also gives usb connection & software for easy recording)
Action, Fit, & Finish

Set-up extreemly good - specifically made so time taken to make sure it's spot on (comes at a cost). Sound insulation was put in the cut out in the back for the controls to reduce fuzz/buzz - you can hear the difference. No flaws when purchased - was involved the whole way through, and everything has held out so far. A quality guitar overall. Difficult to list any flaws as custom made, so I got specifically what I asked for.

Quality hardware used - still no probs/replacements (7 years on!) Not played on stage but sure there wouldn't be any probs, finish has held out - no signs of wearing. No trouble with any controls or where the lead goes in (unlike previous guitars!) Overall very reliable.

Been playing since I was 8 - started on classical then moved to electric, If my guitar was stolen I would cry for months - prob couldn't afford to replace it now (bought it with my paper round money - had nothing else to spend it on in those days - except sweets!) I love everthing about my guitar the looks/sound/quality I will never change/replace it. Fav. feature has to be the whole look & style of it. - getting pic's on Jon's website soon - www.felineguitars.com
Cost me alot - but you get what you pay for.
