This is a Masterbuilt 67 tele relic. Its pretty straight forward tele with the addition of a 4 way switch. The body is ash and quite light. The nicely relic'ed neck is maple w/o the cap.

Sound : 10
The sound on this tele is outstanding. The bridge pu will knock to sox off of any nashville cat. The 4 way switch allows to gain sounds like no other tele. I play a multitude of covers and this is definately one of my favorites.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
The action needs to be set a little lower and there is some fret buzz above the 12th fret. I am really not worried about this and the shop I purchased it from has master craftsman.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Well it is a fender tele...pretty much indestructable. As on all of my guitars I use strap locks! I feel I can depend on this piece and will definately gig withit. I always bring a coule of guitars for tonal changes but I really don't feel like I need a back up.

Customer Support : 10
I never deal directly with Fender. MY dealer is a diamond level shop and has excellent repairman. I have been shopping there for 32 years.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for ove 40 years. I also own an a Turner Mod 1, a Les Paul with active electronics, a fender clapton signature and a Gibson es335. If it were stolen I would desparately tryu to find another. It doesn't really compare to my other guitars I don't want it to. It just sings onits own.
