The quality and variety of the sound amazed me. This is my first 12 and when I picked it up it and plugged it in it just blew me away.

Never had to deal with them. However their website is excellent and does not take an age to load like Fender's does.

If you see one of these buy it. If you have never owned a 12 then this is the one to get.

I don't know when this guitar was made. Its got a solid spruce top that has a nice tight grain. 20 frets on a rosewood fretboard.
Very nice Belcat active E.Q.pick up. Though this has had some extra work because it sounds amazing. A satin finish, mahogany neck, dreadnought body with laminate Mahogany back & sides. Tuners are not any thing special. But are smooth responsive and hold well.
A nice feature is a built in L.C.D. Tuner.
No edge binging. A practical no frills working guitar.

This is the subjective part. I took a 12 string that I was using to have a pick up fitted by a guitar tech. He said try this. Its not a big name guitar. But it is special. WOW!!!
The action had been set so it was fast and smooth. A real pleasure.
A set of phosphor bronze strings had been fitted.
This guitar is shockingly good it is bright crisp and sparkles.
I use it with a 6 string Tacoma D22 Solid Spruce and Rosewood for giging.
The only improvement would be solid back and sides to give it a bigger sound and better sustain.

No Flaws. Nice wood. No grumbles.
Not a factory set up. This one has had a $300.00 custom job.

I gig this guitar with no 12 string backup. Not so important as I work with 3 guitars most of the time when I'm out.
Its a reliable dependable little box.

I've been playing 30 years. I've owned Gibsons, Martins and I have a soft spot for Seagull Guitars.
I don't know what this guitar would be like straight out of the box?
But I guess we all know they never come just right and a good set up is important to me. But in my opinion this guitar is an exellent sweet instrument.
I guess if it was stolen then sure I would replace it.
