2005 Canadian Made
It's Solid Sitka Spruce and Canadian Birch is outstanding!
With a Fishman fliptop on mine (I have the G-35-CE)
I actually had mine done with a Satin finish through the Custom shop! The price is outstanding for customizing your own instrument!
The Buzz Feiten Tuning system is a pleasure to use and everything about the inlays and looks are incredible! I have deeply fallen in love with this instrument

The Tone has lots of punch and volume because of the Griffiths Bracing system and the sustain achieved can only be heard to be comprehended!
The Pick-up allows for a lot of versatility too! Fishman Prefix gives you a lot of control.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Buzz Feiten intonation makes climbing the neck a joyful experience everytime! My action is set the way I like it, but can easily be setup for other users!
Satin finish is great for tone, but I've been very cautious about protecting it because High Gloss is certainly more durable. So I love the look of this Satin-ized G-35-CE but High Gloss is the standard.
Reliability/Durability

It came out of the box tuned from Newfoundland! I love the hardware and my only complaint on it is that the input/strap button seems to not fit the strap I own. I think I'll invest in the new strap and then the strap button would be fine! Again, I went and opted to customize this instrument with a Satin top (go to the website's custom shop and all the options are there to build your own guitar!)
It came with a Made in Canada Garrison guitar case which makes it more durable. I humidify, treat and polish my guitar religiously too!

The Store was excellent about giving me ETA's on the arrival of my custom G-35-CE. Everyone along the way seemed sincerely passionate about these instruments and after receiving this guitar, I certainly can see why! I recommend

I've had the Garrison for about 10 years now and every gig that I bring it to, I fall in love again with it's tone and playability. It stays in tune nicely, is excellently intonated, action is just the way I like it and the Made in Canada Garrison

Unplugged sounds very good nice bottom with a mix of nice brights.Canadian birch is a mix bewteen mahogany and rosewood,a little brighter than mahogany and a liitle warmer than rosewood great mix!Now here's where this baby shines!Plugged in with a little chorus and delay and it is the most amazing acoustic tone I ever heard!

Everything on this guitar is high quality.I would feel very comfortable to gig without a backup.Finish on front is gloss and back is a classy looking canadian birch.

Ive been playing guitar for the past 20 years and I've tried Martins and Taylors and this guitar plugged in is the best acoustic tone I ever heard!Garrison ingredients to making a great playing and sounding is the combination of features,bracing system,buzz fetein tuning system,fishman preamp and on top that they inc.tradtional guitar making!Bottom line if you are looking for a high quality acoustic guitar you cant go wrong with this guitar!
