Don't know year made of, all solid wood, gloss sitka spuce top and satin sapele back and sides, ebony fretboard and bridge, dreadnought with cutaway body style, Fishman Matrix pick-up with Prefix Preamp, gold tuners, hardshell case. And, of course, Buzz Feiten Tuning System. Here's all that I could imagine of guitar :)
Bought it on e-bay :)

Sound : 10
I play mostly fingerstyle blues, jazz or latin, and waned a guitar with well balanced, but loud voice, and definantelly crisp notes. Well, I have risked when bought it online... when I took guitar at home and opened the box, was a little dissapointed with sound, but after three-four hours guitar starts to sing! Wow! Really balanced, not really loud (but not quiet, I think it not loud in case of cutaway and pickup), and intonation is amazing! I love this guitar from first chord :))

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
Action was really good - never saw so nice set up guitar from the factory! Easy to play, and no string buzzing at all!
Quality of craftsmanship is awesome!
And tuners are very fine - this thing stays in tune for ages :)
Only minor thing - the pickup is not completely match it's mounting hole, there is some gap between it and side of hole, so you can see guitar from inside. Maybe in case of that guitar looses some volume :(
But one thing left - never saw so nice to play acoustic! Neck, action, intonation - all great!

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Can't tell anything... but guitar seems well built and solid unit :)

Customer Support : No Opinion

I've been playing about 7 years, this is my third acoustic, I owned Ibanez V50, than trade it for Art & Lutherie Cedar, which I have now too. Also nice guitar, but too muddy sound for fingerpicking and not easy to play.
I've been in lot of shops here, in Israel, tried some Ibanez, Takamines, Yamahas, Taylors and Martins in price range near 1000-1300$. Takamines sound too dull - completely no tone and sustain, Yamahas were good but too "plastic" sounding, Taylors - balanced, but not loud and much expensive. Only guitar to compare was Martin - nice boomy bass, but a little lack of highs, and the price, oh my God...
So, I haven't found guitar for myself, than went on e-bay and try to risk, and did it well, guitar is amazing!

New 2004 made in Newfoundland Canada, all solid wood, gloss sitka spuce top and satin sapele back and sides, ebony fretboard and bridge, full dreadnought body style, Fishman pick-up, strong sure gold finished tuners, comes with hardshell case, has a fibered composete inner frame. Abilone dot markers. wood inlay rosette.

Sound : 10
deep full ringing tone, I play Southern Gospel and Bluegrass mostly, I know, most bluegrass is played on Martins, but some of us cant afford that name, but this thing can hold its own. It probably out sustains a martin anyway. It has just enough bass and is very vibrant.I've only played it through a Peavey Trans tube amp, but adjusted right it sounds great! love those EXP coated string that came on it to, not tinny sounding. Cant think of anything not to love!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action was just a little low, mild buzzing on the low E, but a slight turn of the truss rod fixed it good. Plus it has the Buzz Feiten tuning system that really makes a differece for me when capoed. the top is a looker! has slight hint of bearclaw and nice grain. the Fishman pick up is a no brainer, easy to work up a good amplified sound. This active bracing system really lets you feel each chord!

Reliability/Durability : 10
Only had it a few weeks but have played live several times, this thing is bullet proof, the active brace system adds a little heft but not enough to notice. finish seems tough, already banged it on the case buckles a few times (I hate when that happens) and it has'nt marked it yet...yet! See no need for a back up, maybe a back up player!

Sent in a testimonial to Garrison, and there reply was very friendly, and filled out the online warrenty form but havent needed it.

Overall Rating : 10
I've only been playing for a year and a half, but I think I've picked up on it pretty quick( play every day)and I've seen and heard alot of great guitars, and this one is as good as anything I've heard. I' a lefty so finding a full bodied dreadnought electric is tough. but after looking at Gibson, Taylor, Martin and Takamine, I couldnt pass this one up. The price is unbeatable for the amount of quality and sound I got! My favorite thing about it is the Griffins active brace system, it makes it come alive like nothing I've seen. And you know, I'm tring to live right but, if it were stolen, and I found out who did it, Lord help me.....
