This is a cool guitar! It is a LEFT HANDED (!!!) twin neck guitar - acoustic-electric on top and electric on the bottom - 6 strings both necks.
Designed in Australia + MIC
You can play the acoustic unplugged and it sounds pretty good (for half a sound chamber)
You can fully have either neck going or both.
It takes a bit of getting used to.
I got it because it is unique and might become a collectible in the future.
It's not too heavy but after a while you have to sit down.
The bottom one has a Strat style fixed bridge and a rear humbucker and 2 single coils. The single coils sound very Telecaster-like.
They haven't got a hard case for it yet but apparently in the pipelines.
YOU WILL NOT FIND A LEFT HANDED TWIN NECK LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE - BELIEVE ME I HAVE LOOKED!

Sound : 8
Sounds great overall. The acoustic sounds fine through the amp although it doesn't sound fully acoustic - probably because it is only sounding from half a sound chamber (the other half is the "bottom" guitar.
The humbucker is awesome sounding - MIK apparently
The single coils are bit noisy. On Overdrive they're not that great unless you cut back on the overdrive. Would be good for blues, pop and "mild" rock but not for heavier music where you need a lot of distortion. On clean it sounds nice. It suits clean playing better.
I'm ranking this an 8/10 for the noisy single coils.
If you really don't like them though you can always change them! It's still very much worth the price it goes for.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
The acoustic neck is quite thin. If you have big hands you will struggle with this neck. Action was OK - higher obviously than the electric. The acoustic pickup was a little low. I had to bring it up a bit to suit me - but that is a matter of preference and not a flaw.
the finish on the guitar is awesome - very well done. I expected to see a join or something where the electric and the acoustic meet but there IS NOT ONE. This guitar does not look, sound, or feel "cheap." It's worth the price.

Reliability/Durability : 9
There's a lot more to worry about in a twin neck guitar so I can say one good thing is stage space utlization - rather than have an acoustic and an electric on stage. Good for small gigs!
I am 100% certain this guitar will withstand live playing. It stays in tune, it sounds good for what it is. I can depend on it.

Customer Support : 10
Excellent. There's no other company that specializes in left handed guitars only that I know of! They are serious about "looking after left handed guitarists."

Overall Rating : 10
For the price this is an excellent purchase.
Quality of this guitar is excellent
It takes a bit of getting used to so there is a learning curve
Sound is great considering it is a composite of two guitars, one being acoustic.
Great for writing songs when you can't play plugged in (just use the acoustic unplugged!)
Try finding another one like it in left hand!
Gaskell Guitars are obviously very serious about servicing the left handed guitar market. It is not a big market so there is obviously a real passion behind the vision. They seem to be getting known too per stuff on the Internet.
