Sound : 10
Heavy Metal Metallica hello?!
GSP 21 Legend
crystal clear electronics
Full rich punchy sound Like Metallica!
Metallica Sounds
I like everything about the way this guitar sounds!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 2
Decent action pickups were adjusted properly for even vol when switching between pickups
Neck joint was a little sloppy tuning pegs we not mounted in a straight line.

Flaws...hmmm here is where I start the book... along with two tuning pegs being crooked the paint job sucks!
I sent back (to Gibson) 6 different guitars, and received one that I refused a second time! My problems were glaring inconsistency with the finish of this guitar. Korean made Ibanez guitars have a better finish on their white guitars! Japanese Jackson's paint jobs are better too. I paid $1269 for this axe and it's got a $100 paint job! not up to what I would expect in a Gibson guitar.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Absolutely, Though it will probably spend a lot of time in it's case only to be brought out on "special" occasions like days that end in Y
Hardware is solid though should have been Black
quality Finish seems like it will last, but poorly done mirror finish resembles a fun house mirror

Customer Support : 5
Under lifetime warranty (non transferable)
Gibson's customer service reps are great, very polite, but in the end unable to really help get the problems I had with the guitar fixed because who ever is inspecting this before it goes out is an idiot! They pencil whip the checklist and call it good and haven't fixed a single issue I had with the guitar... I wish I could attach photos in this to show off how bad it all is...

Overall Rating : 4
I've been playing long enough to know that Gibson usually produces a much better quality product.
I wish I had bought one of these in person so I could have seen the flaws before deciding to spend that money!
If it was stolen or lost I doubt I would buy another one.
I love the EMG's and the James Hetfield look and sound
I hate the poor paint job and wish Gibson would scrap this one and build me a new one with a better paint job.
I wish it had a better PAINT JOB, is there a theme here? Broken record? Do you even know what a record is?
Oh and I wish it had BLACK HARDWARE!
Gibson should probably get some new blood in their plant to really look over their work and make sure it is up to Gibson's high quality (and Price) name.
