Parlour style with adjustable bridge. Made in 68. they made them from 67 to 71. All solid woods(it is a gibson) spruce top, mahogany everything else. only binding on the neck. natural finish, not glossy.thin neck, easy to play.if the tuners were better, i'd give it a 10. they're the three on a side deal, plastic nobs and one of them buzzes. I must say, they stay in tune well, but the buzzing kills me.

It sounds like a gibson. Great, deep worbly low end. The only flaw with mine is a buz from the tuning peg, but considering it's a 40 year old guitar, I'm allright with it. My friends are blown away by it. IT's quiter than a dreadnaught because of it's smaller size, but it's tone makes up for it.

I don't know about the factoy, since it left the factory 40 years ago, but now it just needs a little truss rod adjustment. Because of this, the action is a little high, but still nice to play. no factory flaws, just afew nicks from the ages. Heel is tight after 40 years. can't beat that.

Mine's a '68, and it's toatally straight. no body body bowing or anything like that. I just bought it and as far as I can tell, whoever had it kept it in a closet, cause it's emaculate. the finish is checked a bit, especially near the heel, but what the hey. As I mentioned in the sound section, one tuner does buzz.

The only thing I can say about gibson, it that their web site is very help ful. I haven't talked them about this guitar yet, so we'll see. I did tour the acoustic factory in bozeman, and it made me need to buy a guitar.

If anyone stole it, I'd buy one again as soon as I could find one. This is the only one I 've ever come across though. I also have an older washburn, a new schecter, a doubleneck sg, a fender 12 string, and a Godin Radiator. I've been playing almost three years. I picked this guitar over other guitars in the price range mostly because of the sound and feel. Playing it is really and amazing experience. Also, I feared that if I didn't buy it, someone else would, and my opportunity would be lost. Plus I got mine for 500 bucks, which is on the low end of blue book.

Parlor sized, all mahogany guitar. Judging by the serial number I believe it to be a 1966 model. rosewood fingerboard, slim profile headstock. One of the coolest features is the adjustable bridge. It has the two screws to adjust the height. Pretty simple guitar....no frills....

I got this guitar in 2001 I believe.....I had been playing it in a local music shop where i was taking lessons and on christmas morning it was mine(i was 15 at the time). It was beat to hell and smelled bad but i cleaned it up. Ive been told that these guitars are pretty much hit or miss on the sound. they were gibsons cheapest acoustic at the time and ive been told that some sound absolutely terrible. Mine sounds great...I dont know what it is but like i said before....these guitars(like alot of lowend acoustics fromthe 60s)either sound great or awful....I guess i lucked out.....mine is well balanced and clear all the way to the 14th fret.

Great low action...i didnt set it up this way...it was like that when i got it...the 12th fret buzzes badly due to some neck separation...i dont think its that bad but im having it repaired anyway. the bridge is pulling the top up into a bow shape...Ive been told that this could be a problem with the bridge plate....like i said guitar is beat to hell...its been through some songs....everything works fine on the guitar though.....you really have to try hard to get this thing out of tune.

after almost 40 years i think it has stood up very well. i dont know this guitars history but it has survived many drunk nights along the saluda river with 10 or 12 college kids. its a trooper for sure.

I love this guitar...I'm never gonna sell it. Its getting a little too small for me as ive grown a lot since my sophomore year in high school.it still plays great though and should be in the family for a while. great guitar for a beginner...i mean perfect....new beginner guitars suck....this is a quality guitar that sounds great.Probably gonna get a D size guitar next. dont know which one... if you find a b-15 that does sound good....buy it....good ones are hard to find...ive played one or two others and they dont have that special sound....i dont know what it is but i love this thing.
