Sound : 10
I play sleazy rock n roll in the style of Buckcherry and Backyard Babies

This guitar sounds like a dream. I have played most any type of guitar imaginable. Finally settling on Les Pauls. They still didn't quite have what I was looking for.
The GMP did

I always found les pauls to be a little wobbly in the bass end (for me anyway) and a bit muddy.
This GMP has the balls of a Les Paul but also the clarity that was lacking from every les paul I ever played

My setup is as follows
GMP Pawnshop Classic Deluxe (backup=GMP Pawnshop special)into
Sennheiser ew 172 G2 into
Planet waves strobe tuner into
Line 6 Flextone II HD (upgrading soon to Soldano Decatone) into
Avatar G412 Custom Cab

Simply a beautiful tone.
No matter what I am looking for in a song this guitar does it. Full and lush? Check. Ballsy and chunky? check. clean and clear? check.

There is simply nothing I dont like about this guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I bought this used and tend to always adjust the setup to suit my needs anway.

It did have a few chips in the coating over the flake when I bought it used but because of the paint style they are not noticable.

I still give it a 10 because GMP simply builds the best.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I am very rough on guitars when playing
I do not buy them to collect I buy them to play so I can probably break anything.

This is axe #1 for me my backup has seen maybe 45 minutes of playin time in the past year.

I seem to cause more buckle rash than anyone else I know on any guitar just based on the sheer amount of movement when I play. So I cannot fault any company on that.

The only problem I have had is a volume pot going bad onstage. However once again I basically shattered the inside of it onstage. Very aggresive playin style.

Customer Support : No Opinion
They were out of business before I bought this one

Overall Rating : 10
been playin about 13 years and GMP guitars are what I had been searching for.
I check ebay daily for more.
