Assembled 2003 in USA from parts made in Canada. 3 piece mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fret board string through body, Godin sealed tuners, 2 split Godin Humbucking pups with 5-way selector switchset to select-H-SS-HH-SS-H. Schaller bridge with a very fast smooth playing neck. Came with a gig bag. I think gig bags are a joke. It is a nice bag but I have never taken a guitar to a gig in a bag nor would I pay extra for potatoes in a hard case. The bag almost stopped the sale.
Sound

I bought this guitar because I wanted to add a humbucking sound to my arsenal without buying another high end Gibson which I cannot afford at this time. The humbucking sound is quite good though I no longer have any high end HB gutars to compare it too. The SS sound is as good as my USA Strat before I upgraded to Custom Shop Fat 50s Pups. I play it through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. It has a very quiet, clean, and full sound. The volume knobs have kind of an on-off effect
at the low settings. It is unfair to compare this to high end guitars for I did not pay high end for it. It does compare quite well to many high end guitars I've played. If I was to compare it to top of the line guitars I'd have to say 8 or 9.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action was a bit too low from factory. No string buzz at all but needed to be a little higher for my preference of sound. Excellent craftsmanship and satin finish makes it look real quality. I think this is funny because I've always High gloss finishes. This is one of the most comfortable guitar designs i've played.

Finish seems thin and it could use a pick-guard. This could be nit-picking. Came with schaller strap locks and is about as versitile and rock-solid a solid body electric as I'v seen.

This store was relocating and was discounting meschandise rather than moving it. I have been told I made a great deal. I believe so. I have been playing for about 35 yrs. The only other electric I have is my Made in USA Fender Strat with Fat 50 pups. I have several acoustic instruments. I have owned several electrics over the years mostly Gibson but also Fender, Vox and probably a few others. I love the comfort of body design and the way it plays. I wish it had a pick guard and it will. I would definately buy it again.
