Features : 8
This is the signature version that has the telecaster shape. Made in New Hampshire, with parts made in canada. 22 frets with an oddly placed abalone inlay on the 21 fret. I'm not sure what the body is, but it has a beautifully figgured quilted maple top. Has a volume, and a push-pull tone which activates a midrange boost (makes it a little more smoother, and honkyier) and a 3 way switch for the 2 pickups. The pickups are great, and there single coil sized blade humbuckers. fixed bridge.

Sound : 10
This guitar sounds very good. it doesn't do the telecaster thing, but sounds more like a very punchy les paul with some strat characteristics (top end shimmer). I use it straight into the amp, with a wah sometimes. It is the best guitar I can think of for blues, and does jazz and classic rock great too. It sounds very full and has a very "up front" and punchy sound. Its also very powerful sounding. You can't really classify it as a les paul, or a strat, or a tele, it has its own sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action is great, its very smooth playing ( probably because of it's ebony fret board). There is a slight finish flaw on the back where the volume control cover is, but I couldn't care less. The top is stunning though.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Very sturdy, use it for gigs (when I have them that is) with out backup

Customer Support : No Opinion
dunno, never had a problem in the 2 years since I'v had this.

Overall Rating : 10
great guitar!!! I bought this one over the strat version because it sounded just a little bit better. It had a livelyness to it that the start one did not. No tremolo, though, bummer Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Squeeeeeeeeell! for the money, I would have to have been a retard not to buy it.
