Features : 10
"007 made in England.22 jumbo frets.Mahogany body and neck in tobacco sunburst with single GS humbucker with coil split.Les Paul junior shape, single cut, with stop tailpiece.Has no features but thats the beauty of it.

Sound : 10
Despite the lack of pickups and gadgets it is a professional quality instrument.Due to the fantastic variety of tones and sounds the coil tap, volume and tone controls give it is capable of doing everything it want it to.I use it through a Line 6,HD75 head and 4x12 and a Zoom PS02 palm studio for home practice/recording.It can do everything from jazz clean to metal and all points in between. The simplicity is the beauty of this instrument.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Action is perfect the necks on these guitars are superb. It came with cometic flaws but i knew that when i bought it;they did not affect the playability and the price justified the very small finish problems.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar was made for playing live,it holds tune perfectly and i don't care about the finish,it's a tool made to do a job.It does that job without doubt and is totally dependable.

Customer Support : 10
The company love their products and are great to deal with.Never had an issue that needed warranty but feel sure they would bend over backwards.

Overall Rating : 10
This is the 3rd Gordon Smith i have owned in the last 30 years,i have not had an issue with any of them.I have also had a Gibson Les Paul std,we all make mistakes, and a Jackson PC1 as well as many others. The Gibson was awful(late 70s);the Jackson was loaded with bling and gadgets, very beautiful but didn't do what i wanted it to do.
