This guitar built around 1963 or 64 Its a solid body Fender Jaguar wanabee with 3 single coil pickups and tremelo bar{guitar actually stays in tune when you use it) There are no switches everything is done by push button. One volume and One Tone control..Bolt on neck Very, VERY slim neck and extremely fast. Adjustable bridge closed tuners Fantastic sunburst finish hard shell plush lined case came with it(not as an option like buying one today)Guitar was built in Italy...Later they were built in Japan or Korea I think...But this one is original and built in Italy
Sound

When I got this guitar(I'm the original owner)It was perfect for what I needed..I was in a high school garage band playing rythum through a Gretch Fury amp. The bottom end on this guitar was and still is super rich The single coils deliver as much twang as you can stand. With the Push bottons every possible pickup combination was attainable....It went from screamingly high to super rich lows...Not even Fenders offered such a deversity in there sound and I tried a strat back then...For what I needed this guitar was perfect
Action, Fit, & Finish

AS far as I was concerned this guitar was set up perfect just as it came out of the case...Action is better than any Fender Ive ever played.....Then again at the time in 1964 I was 14....But for then I would say it was great It played like butter and Held tuning even when using the tremelo bar...Even my friends Jazzmaster didn't always do that

As far as durability let me say this 3 months ago May 2000, I took this guitar out for the first time since about 1969...No Lie where talkin 30 years of sitting...Except for a little tarnish and finish checking It still works and Sounds Unbelievable....I need to recoil one pickup and give the volume and tone pots a good cleaning but thats it ...Neck is straight as an arrow Durable doesn't so justice...I'm amazed

Been playing since 1961 and am now50...Stopped playing six string around 66 and played bass till 1979...Had a Les paul recorder and used an SVT....Just started playing again at 50 years old and am using A Roland Jazz Chorus 77,...The Goya and am looking for a 335 type.....Probably a springfield...I'm just doing Praise music in church and that will suite me just fine...I can only hope that anything I get can stand up like this Goya has..
