Bought it used in 1990, not sure how old. 22 fret acoustic guitar. Laminate top. Cheap chromed plastic open tuners. Nice finish, it looks nice...but that's the only good thing to say about it.

Sound : 1
Sounds like, uh...crap. If crap had a really bad day. Then it goes out of tune in a few minutes and sounds worse.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 2
Action? Ha...that's funny. If you get this guitar, try playing with thimbles glued on your left hand fingers.

Reliability/Durability : 6
I can say that its tough. Other than the rosette sticker and pickguard coming off, it has managed to not get any worse over 15+ years. Not that it would be easy to get worse.

This was my first guitar, and I didn't hate it enough to give up playing. It was my only acoustic guitar until I got a sweet solid top Dean electric/acoustic with all the features this guitar lacks. I still have it, and keep it at the office and pull it out every once in a while when I get the urge...but quickly put it away because I don't want my coworkers to think I'm as bad as this thing makes me sound.

basic acoustic. 18 frets, laminated body, etc.

Sound : 5
Sound quality really isn't that great....but then again it's not an expensive guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 3
The headstocked snapped when I was tuning it once. The whole D-string tuner flew out. It's fixed now and it's strong and all but it's just not that great. Also, the stupid thing can't hold a tune for 3 HOURS!! I tuned it up, left it for 3 hours, and when I came back it was WAY out.

Reliability/Durability : 2
Like I said, the headstock snapped apart.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never used it....I would assume it's nonexistant

Overall Rating : 4
I wouldn't have that much of a problem with it if it was just stronger. I know it's cheap, but it shouldn't be THIS cheap.

It was made in Taiwan and I got in '92.
Classical Guitar
29 frets
Horrible tuners.
Came with a few picks

Sound : 5
I got it as a gift from my grandparents so that I could have a guitar to learn on. I decided later on that I wanted to play electric, so I really don't touch it much any more. Just use it for playing songs like Good Riddance or Nothing else matters. It has a nice bright sound, but it doesn't stay in tune well. I have to retune every 20 minutes or so if I want it to sound good. It's also very limited in the sound it can produce.

Action, Fit, & Finish : No Opinion
I got it as a gift and my grandparents had the store fix it up, so I have no idea what it was like out of the box.

Reliability/Durability : 1
This guitar is really lacking in this department. Not only does it it have a crappy finish that can't withstand normal playing, it also has no strap buttons at all and it doesn't stay in tune for more than 15 minutes. I don't think I would even consider playing it live if I was paid a million dollars!

Customer Support : No Opinion
No idea.

Overall Rating : 2
I don't really like this guitar, but I also don't need to use it much. If it was stolen, I wouldn't even consider buying another one, but it suits me alright now since I only play it sporadically
