Pretty basic 330 style guitar 2 pups,Three way switch, mine has a really nice action bigsby.According to the stamp in the f-hole mine is a '67. Open back tuners, but they work great.Love the Trini Lopez look. My band gigs Alot and this one is always there.

Sound : 10
I play blues from T-bone to Jimmie and Stevie Vaughn to Otis Rush and BB King and this guitar can nail it all! Play mainly through a 63 vibroverb And HOLY F$%k does this guitar scream. The one meg pots however do get a little muddy as I roll down the volume on these guitars and(scince I will never sell this guitar),I replaced w/gibson 300k pots and it made everything that was great about this guitar BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Did very little to set up.Plays like a dream. This was a closet classic and has a georgous wine red trans finish.

this is a late 60s mailorder guitar, like a silvertone. its the only archtop ive ever seen w a fender-style headstock, and the dearmond pickups have this awesome screen/scroll gold&silver thing going on. just about anyone will usually be excited to see this thing, and musicians who were actually playing back in the 60s get a big kick out of it.

its got a 3-way pickup selector, a volume and a tone knob for each of the two dearmond pickups, and a bigsby trem (i think the trem is actually a modification, although it did appear stock on other harmony models of the time period). came with a really fancy, really heavy case. its plush yellow inside w a foil sticker that reads, "victoria luggage company, inglewood ca, the finest instrument cases available."

Sound : 10
if you are trying to recreate the tones of old surf sun motown psych british invasion garage type stuff, this guitar is fucking awesome. i play it through a fender tube amp w vibrato and reverb, and a mxr distortion+. the tonal variation is powerful enough to use the pickup selector like a wah pedal, although its kinda noisey. ive also found that with the right eq and reverb on it i can make it sound remarkably like a banjo. plainly it has the drawbacks of a hollowbody (feeds back if the vol/gain is too high and it doesnt have much sustain), but it also has the advantage (classic twangy tone, good acoustic impression). the range of sounds i can get out of my rig is pretty impressive i think, but obviously i cant recreate any sorta lp/marshall superstrat/mesa type sound. this is not the guitar for you if you are trying to do something ultramodern, but if you like rickenbackers and danelectros you will love the harmony h72

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
with a little attention, this guitar now has comfortable action and near perfect intonation (close enough for my sensitive ear). i had to put the bridge at a fairly stark angle right up against the pickup, but it works. the neck is nice and chunky but i can still reach around and fret the low e with my thumb. for a forty year old guitar, this thing still looks great, the finish is a bit crackly and the hardware isnt super shiny but fuck it.

Reliability/Durability : 7
this is the kinda guitar that you want to be aware of in a live situation, but i trust it to withstand reasonable wear. assuming i dont bash the thing, i think all the hardware is gonna hold up. the strap button on the bridge side falls out sometimes. i'd prolly like to have a backup guitar along for a show but i prolly wouldnt use it unless i break a string.

aside from the dearmond pickups and the bigsby trem, everything on this guitar is basically irreplaceable

Overall Rating : 9
i would definitely like to find another of these but im skeptical that i could.

A 1966, pretty sure (could be 66-68) made in the USA Thinline double cutaway, with the Fender style 6 on a side headstock.
2 Gold Tone DeArmonds with individual pole adjustment, 3 way toggle...volume and tone for each PU...

no idea of the wood...burgundy finish, rosewood nech with block inlays..grover tunes (newer)...and a Bigsby.

Sound : 10
I play roots rock, country, blues, twang...this is the real deal...what a sound. Good clean, with reverb and bottom bounce...great dirty for the early Neil Young, and pushes all the way to the bottom-heavy Meat Puppets tone.

A great sounding guitar.

After some tinkering with the floating bridge and the string height, a-ok.

Reliability/Durability : 9
almost 40 years old, so it's doing ok.

never gig witout a backup, anyway.

Harmony's sadly dead.

Overall Rating : 10
Love this guitar. It would be about 400 bucks to replace, but I'd do it.
