has 5-way selector, 3 pickups, blahbadey blah its a strat copy uknow what it has.read the next part
Sound

ITS NOISY.The pickups are very bright sounding, was good at rock(to a degree) and i actually did like the sound/tone.But the neck was warped easily. The finish nicked even easier.I never had a vibrato-arm, like i even use it.The thing went out of tune every other day, and tuning it was a bitch cause the strings would slip out somehow and go back to step one of the tuning procedure.I could never get a ballsy tone out of it, i got to much buzz, and the frets wore away.Never saw that happen before.
Action, Fit, & Finish

SUCKS.BAD.The action blew, now that i own a real guitar.I loved it when i started.Sold it last month for $20.

Have been playing 2 and a half years, and done so much to my gear that its awesome. So i had to get this outta my gear fast.I got one more strat cop to sell, but that ones amazing compared to this. And if i were to switch its pickups, it'd rock hard.By the time i replaced stuff on this, i could have a brand new jackson king v dual hums.nuff said in that alone.

The usual 3 pickup, 21 fret, 5-way switch, strat bodied, onoriginal, boring strat copy. i will admit, i submited a review earlier but because I have played two of these pieces of shit I figured It would be best to go out and warn all people who buy this thing.
Sound
:1
Suits the shit style, and it's also great if you play grunge and you want to smash this thing, but i digress, Kurt Cobain would roll in his grave if you smashed this piece of shit. Nirvana can't even come through this junky piece of shit. The pickups squak like a parakeet, and the hum is louder than the notes themselves, if you can call them notes.

Here is why I submitted the review, those shitty Harmony strat necks, theyre total shit. I build much better guitars than Harmony, and I'm cheaper. The neck from this guitar went onto a pine bodied Jaguar guitar (though my friend thinks its an Explorer shape, he's way off) that i built myself, the pine body stood many times the abuse the neck did. finally i got tired of having too many guitars started that i could not finish (Or make elegant). So I smashed my own creation, and Look how all my work stood up. First I Plugged it in, turned my amp on, and pounded it around my room whaile mom was'nt home, and found out that I am a bas ass body builder (not the kind that goes to gyms). The minue the neck touched the floor the fretboard came off, the neck split into 5 pieces, and the truss rod came out (Which I am going to reuse on my own super-strength necks). Later I built a mini guitar using the fretboard off of the strat neck, the majority of the guitar was made of Lowes plywood. I built it, smashed it around the backyard, and It survived until I threw it into to pavement infront of my house and the neck broke off, which did not even have a truss rod. Which says alot about my craftsmanship in my shitty little shed behind my house. Even dodging hornets while cutting a neck out in 90 degree weather did not stop me from making a better guitar than harmony. And i did it for free with a loose single coil and a bridge from a harmony student. My damn thing had perfect action and looked original and better too.

i just want to say that this guitar sucks. its not even good for a beginners guitar. the sound is shit, the whole guitar is shit. it only has 21 frets and they all usually buzz. the tremolo never keeps you in tune, and the strings are too high off the fretboard! i got this one for my beginners guitar, dont make the same mistake that i did.
Sound

it doesnt suit any style, oh wait, it suits shit style! the guitars pickups buzz anywhere u go, and when u face it towards the amp, it, whats that sound, the high pitched sound "sqqueaak sccreeech". FEEDBACK!

I HAVE A EARYLY 90'S SUNBURST STAT COPY WITH THE USUAL 3 SINGLE COILS.
THIS GUITAR HAS A VERY PRETTY FINISH BUT THE NECK IS A REAL PIECE OF DOO DOO, I HAVE A LOVE HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS GUITAR AND YOU WILL SEE WHY. THE NECK IS MAPLE AND THE USUAL 21 FRETS. STANDARD TUNERS, REGULAR VIBRATO TAIL PIECE, SMALL FRETS. IT EVEN CAME WITH A SMALL AMP THAT I BLEW UP IMMEDIATELY TWICE.
Sound
:9
THIS IS THE LOVE PART OF MY REVIEW. THIS GUITAR KICKS ASS. I LOVE THE SOUND OF ITS SH**TY SINGLE COILS. THIS GUITAR ROCKS WHEN RECORDED! I CAN'T EXPLAIN WHY IT SOUNDS GOOD BUT IT DOES. IT CAPTURES THE BASIC STRAT SOUND PERFECTLY. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT THE PICKUPS ARE SQUEAL PRONE. I CAN'T BELIEVE MY EARS AT TIMES.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:2
THIS IS THE PART I HATE ABOUT THIS GUITAR. I HAVE SPENT NUMEROUS HOURS ADJUSTING AND BANGING FRETS, CHANGING THE NUT, TWEAKING THE TRUSSROD AND RAISING THE PICKUPS TO GET A DECENT SOUND AND ACTION OUT OF THIS GUITAR. I GUESS IT IS A LABOR OF LOVE BECAUSE ONCE ADJUSTED THIS LITTLE BABY ROCKS!
Reliability/Durability

MY GUITAR HAS BEAUTIFUL SUNBURST FINISH THAT IS EQUAL TO ANY. I THINK THE BODY IS PLYWOOD BUT IT IS VERY LIGHTWEIGHT. I LOVE THE MAPLE NECK BUT THE FRETS ON MY GUITAR NEEDED A FEW TAPS TO ELIMINATE BUZZING. I WOULD NEVER GIG WITHOUT A BACKUP BUT THIS GUITAR IS VERY RELIABLE

I'VE BEEN PLAYING OVER TWENTY YEARS. THIS GUITAR WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FROM MY WIFE. I BECAME A REBORN PLAYER AFTER I GOT THIS GUITAR AND SINCE THEN HAVE BOUGHT A GIBSON AND STRAT. I STILL GO BACK TO THIS PIECE OF CRAP BECAUSE I LOVE THE MAPLE FRETBOARD AND THE SOUND I GET FROM THIS AX. I USE A MARSHALL VALVESTATE 100 WATT COMBO THOUGH A 4-12 PEAVEY CAB AND IT SOUNDS GREAT. THIS GUITAR HAS A CLEAR SHARP SOUND THAT WORKS WELL IN A BAND.

This thing is just like a stratocaster except.
1. It literally sucks.
2. A few parts are too big (The Bridge and the knobs are too tall)
3. The pickups are something I could have made out of legos and refriderator magnets.
Sound
:1
This guitar sounds like shit anywhere on anything. If you like it you need to be in a straitjacket. this thing couldent even pass an inspection for quality at Yugo.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:2
This guitar is contrary to my belif on harmony. I dropped the neck after i took it off and it broke in a million pieces. The pickups look and sound like plastic and copper wire, the Tuners break strings, the only thing good on this guitar is the nut and the body, and the potentiometers.
Reliability/Durability
:1
After you put on new strings, five way selector, pickgaurd, pickups, neck, tuners, string guides, strap buttons, bridge, screws and anything else that might go wrong, you might have a guitar that is great for gigs. The finish is the best stock thing on this guitar, Wish I hadent stripped it off to repaint it aqua and have my friends sign it, I hope they don't kill me for having them sign a piece of shit and me having to repaint it again because I suck at paint jobs.

this guitar is in pieces now and is going to be transformed into a 3 humbucker superstrat with a floyd rose with a D-tuna, stew mac neck, clear pickgaurd, EMG pickups, and a Kramer american Neck. If somebody had stolen it earlier I would have killed them for saving this thing from getting a makeover into something useful. This worlds full of useless guitars and there is not enough room for one more. I am starting my own buisness "No More Shitty Guitars" the NMSG.

This guitar was the first electric I got, it has a Strat style body that is one of the most durable that i have seen(even though it is plywood). The pickups are cheaply wound and put together terribly, but they work.
Sound
:8
This guitar really suits the heavy music that i play(powerman 5000, metallica, kiss, ac\dc)and it sounds good while playing classic rock too. but the cheap pickups are what make this one sound different from any other guitar.

This guitar was put together for budget playing and it shows. the body on mine has been to school and back ans hasnt gained another scratch.
the finisn was a 3tone sunburst, but i am going to refinish it so its white.

this guitar has been through hell and back, but has only picked up a few deep nicks. i never use a gig bag or case with it. i would trust it alone on a gig just because of the abuse it went through and how its held up since.

aside from the pickup selector going bad i think this guitar is the best guitar for a beginer or someone who wants a guitar that can stand abuse. this has been a better guitar over the years i had it. it performs and holds up better than my squier strat(which is only a year old while the harmony is about 30).

Typical asian Stratocaster clone (Korean make). 3 single coils, one volume, two tone, 5 way selector. Passive electrics. Maple neck with maple fingerboard, sunburst finish, plywood body that doesnt actually sound all that shitty (for plywood).
Sound
:7
I play alternative, and just about any flavor of rock you can immagine. I use a Marshall valvestate combo and a Big Muff. Lets face it. This is a cheap asian guitar, but it is one of the better ones I have played, the neck isnt too horrible on fingers, and the strings can be set farily low without buzzing (I use 9's). The sound quality is remarkable for plywood, and it has the typical strat sound. The stock pickups just sucked it up. They were weak and had a low output, but there were no microphonics whatsoever. After installing new pickups and rewiring and properly sheilding the guitar, and adding a bone nut, it sounded much better. I am almost satified with the guitar, since I have little money to buy a new one. This is a good guitar for the price, but a peavey or squier would be much better.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:8
Action was terrible, but I corrected that. The bridge and tuners are bad, so I added two more springs to the tremolo, and cut the old ones to improve preload. The tremolo is usable, but I wouldnt recomend it. The tuners are cheap, but do their jobs. There was one fret that stuck out just a little on the side (you could only tell by running your finger over it), but I filed that down. The fret crowning is actually very good for a cheap instrument. The nut was a cheap plastic that I replaced, mostly because there was a crack in it. The rating here is probley 4 on a stock instrument, but it was much improved (by me).

This guitar is your basic Strat Copy, 22 fret, 3 single coil pickups, whammy, two tone knobs and 5 position pickup selector switch.
Amazingly stays in tune no matter how wild you go on the whamy, fat neck, but you get used to it, and fair flexing of strings
Did I mention HEAVY?
note, I don't have a Harmony whamy bar, it's homemade and I hate it, anyone know if a original Fender bar will fit it? e-mail me ckviper@yahoo.com

Good all around guitar, play under hard overdrive or soft mellow finger rolls, all sounds reasonable. I use a basic little Crate GX-15 and ocasionaly a Boss Flanger pedal. Gets good full sound when wanted, but when set on lowest pickup gets the highs better than most other Strat copies I have played on the same pickup position. VERY hard to pop strings on this one. You just keep playing and playing and playing..

I bought the guitar used, the middle pickup was set WAY to low, the truss was strait, no whammy bar, after going ajusting the bridge and making sure the 12 fret harmonic was so fun to play..
few chips out of the cream colored paint, nothing really bad at all, has stickers ect in spots now, so you would never notice.

This is a realiable guitar, stays in tune, very resistant to poping strings, even under abusive players.. (we all got a friend or two that get a little pick happy) The strap buttons are solid, but make sure you have the strap on good, because it is heavy. This guitar you can play without a backup, it's dependable

basic strat copy, maple neck with maple fingerboard laminated...no skunk stripe, plywood body but not close to lightweight heaviest strat I've played. 3 single coils, 5 way selector, medium neck profile, small frets, 7.25 radius. 6 point trem. nothing fancy, but it is a strat...7
Sound
:8
Sounded good unplugged...not typical for plywood. When I buy an electric, I never plug in...if it sounds good acoustically, electronics are secondary...good electronics can only go so far. The standard pickups were, typical, thin sounding and microphonic, this can be corrected by properly potting them if you so desire...but I had an old set of Jackson USA single coils to throw in...much better! But still too this with the 009's, restrung with my standard 012's and this became a tone machine...I play straight into an old sears tube practice amp usually as I have kids and I can only play when they are asleep. Occasionally I do plug into my Carvin 60W 1/2 stack....never use effects, overall guitar sounds great for blues, jazz and rock. With the fretboard radius and small frets, string bending is less than desirable, but I am usually a rhythm player anyway..suits my style to a T.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:3
Factory set-up was poor. pickups were too low, intonation was way off. Paint was thick and nicely done for a budget job. neck pocket was tight. Spme of the pickguard screws were stripped, but not an issue. Had trouble staying in tune...now here's where I disagree with some of the other reviews...while the tuners are not top notch. they are not usually the reason these guitars go out of tune... it's the NUT!!! Replace the nut with a bone nut and cut it properly and most of your tuning problems will be solved. This little fella rarely goes out of tune. I do not have the tremolo blocked, though I do have 5 trem springs and they are as tight as can be. I do use the tremolo occasionally and it returns to pitch every time...Too often I have seen people put a set of schallers or grovers on a guitar thinking it will keep them in tune only to have the same problem. Almost all import guitars use cheap plastic nuts...this should be the first thing replaced!!! I prefer bone, but there are some very good synthetics out there too. Since I do all my own work on my instruments it is really inexpensive for me to do this...$10 max. 3 for the factory set-up. it's a 9 now.

No problems so far...no rust at all. strap buttons are average at best and a locking strap is in order. Never breaks strings. I rarely gig anymore but if required to, I would trust this without a backup.

been playing 22 years. also have a les paul, an old f-hole acoustic and a basic dreadnaught. If stolen or lost...no big deal, not much invested and I've nearly worn the neck out anyway. I would not probably buy it again and instead build my own... While harmony's are not all that bad, there are better values out there now.

this is a older strat copy I think, probably 70's-early 80's,a maple neck w/maple fretboard,4 bolt w/truss rod adjustment at neck pickup, very light body(plywood,I'm guessing) a 5 way switch which works fine, vintage smaller frets,i put a Pearly Gates humbucker in the bridge position, screwed down the whammy bar,and it sounds great,(also a nice sound with the humbucker and middle single coil pickup mixed) I like the feel of the neck,U shape (thinner and not as flat as the newer models)I know this is hard to believe but in fact,I like this cheap guitar better than my more expensive Fenders GO FIGURE!!

used with a Sound City 50 watt tube head w/4-10 cabinet and Sansamp classic, also a Roland Chorus Echo tape unit its got a pretty good sound with the Seymour Duncan humbucker(the pickup cost me more than the guitar did)
