Nitro finish. Florentine cutaway, I think i has no laminated wood, but solid. Made in mapple, acoustic body. Seems like a 50,s Gibson. Grover tuners, 24,75 scale, made in 2007 and two splendid Jason Lollar P90 ??dog ear??pick ups. Old sumburst: Beautiful and most than vintage.

Sound : 10
I play Jazz, Bossa Nova and Fussion. This instrument suits me perfectly. I use it with a Gibson GA15 (Eminence alnico speaker) or with a Fener Blues Junior (Jensen P12N alnico). In all cases it sounds very very well. It is noisy because of single coil p.u.s but this is nothing new. I own an H535 with Gibson 57 classic p.u.s with no noise at all; but that one has ??the tone?? just like Grant Green or Wes first recordings.

It works wery well with pedals too. Feedback is not a big problem. Obviously it comes, but this guitar is like a Casino Epi: it can be amplified strong before feedback. However there is no comparison with semi hollow or solid guitars...

The best sond ever.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Very good action. Plek machine like al modern Heritage guitars.I had to adjust the pick ups and my luthier did something too. No flaws. Splendid finish and almost perfect.

I have some problems with my left hand and I use .010-.046 strings and a very low action. If I pulse strong I will have some buzz. But this is in the limit when you can hear it only without amplification. A fine guitar.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This instrument is a delicate thing. But just like the old Gibsons if you take care of it, it can last for long long time. You can depend on it. Nitro finish needs some special maintenance but that??s nothing new.

I would gig without a backup.

Customer Support : 10
Everything is O.K. The only thig is that I am still waiting for the guitar case. I understand that Heritage guitars had some special circonstances but I still love them. So I hope it will come soon... I live in Spain.

Overall Rating : 10
I play since 38 years. I own an H535, a Juan Alvarez classic guitar, an Epi Elite J45 with a Fishman Rare Earth p.u. and two or three more guitars. This one is my favourite, a very special thing; I hope it will never be stoled... in that horrible case I would buy the same (if Heritage is still alive).

2,8 Kg. Light enough I think. Confortable for stand up playing but very ergonomic when you play sit down.
