Personally, i'd like a litter shinier and perhaps darker top. the tuners are a little hard and the saddle seems to be plastic.
Sound

I am a beginner and wanted a quality guitar. I did not believe the experts opinion that the sound quality would improve with time, but in less than a year of almost daily playing, i have to admit that the sound has improved tremendously. The sound is vibrant and strong and i hope with time will improve even more.
The tuning lasts forever and so far have not found any "noisy frets"
Action, Fit, & Finish

This guitar is handmade and everything was perfect out of the box. The colors of the wood and overall finish is a perfect excuse to not buy from China.
Reliability/Durability

As with any clasical guitar the wood is easy to scratch if hit agains other surfaces. However, in the 9 months of playing i have not seen any wear on any of the surfaces or parts of the guitar. I think this is a guitar that will last me a lifetime.

The company does have a web site and representatives in the US. I do not have the paper work handy now but i am pretty sure that the warranty was more than 1 year (want to say 3 years?)
I have not have to send the guitar for repair.

I did research a lot before buying this guitar and i do not believe you can match the quality and workmanship of this guitar with other guitars in the same price range. I would buy this guitar brand again.
