Les-Paul Style wireing with a very tricky configuration on the neck pickup. If the tone-control is all the way up, the neck pickup is splitted to single-coil style. If you turn it down a bit, the pickup turns to humbucker. It works vey well!
But, the bridge pickup should have the same feature. That's what I have wire by myself (and that's no fun at a 335 style guitar). That's why I give only 9.

Very good guitar for blues, jazz, rock... It's not as bright as a Strat, and not as dull as some Les-Pauls.
I use it with a Roland Jazz Chorus and a Peavey Delta Blues. It sounds great with all.
Nice bluesy, warm sound on the neck-pickup, in single-coil-mode you have a good snap for Hendrix style (not like a Strat, but it works!)
On the bridgy it sounds like you know it from Alvin - yeah!
In comparison to a Gibson ES 335 from 1965, this guitar has not to hide anything, honestly!
If you have a chance to get a hand on it, don't hesitate!
I give this one a 10!

Oh, yeah, it is in dead a German hand-built guitar, with golden Schaller hardware (which I suppose are some of the best in this world). All solid, all good, all things so really fine, you'll smack one's lips. 10!
