HI Guys, I bought mine back in 82 I think it was when I was trying to learne to play, it sat in a cupboard for about 15 years when I got the urge to take up playing again, Was the original pink, but I had it sprayed red ( I always wanted a red Srat you see ) I now have a collection of 20 different exotics that I have bought along the way, but the Honher still has that special tone that even my old buddy siad is better than his ??700 US strat...The neck on this is just about as good as it gets, I use thin strings as the pickups are a little on the power side, not too diff from texas special, and the wood has aged really well. Other than the paint job, no changes still original, and playing like an angel...

Made mid 80's, my wife bought it second hand for my birthday around 1990. Just had a new switch fitted and a rewire after many years of use. This guitar is basically a ply or laminated strat shape with a good neck that seems every bit as good as some more expensive copies. The pick ups are not bad giving a nice range of tones at various volume settings. I don't use tremelo arms and this axe did not come with one although the fittings are in place.
The axe is mettallic pink, a color that suits the shape very nicely.

This guitar can be played flat using the neck and/or neck middle pick ups with the tone down giving a mellow sound, or it can be played on one of the settings for the bridge or middle pick up giving a biting very strat type tone.

I like my action set fairly low, this guitar suits a low action with only a slight amount of buzz here and there, I can live with this as you can't hear the buzz when playing through an amp.
My wife bought this from a girl friend of ours who's brother had replaced the strap fitting with a wood screw which is perfectly functional and still fitted 15 years later.
Has afew chips now but still a cool guitar!!

I would be happy to us this axe either live or in the studio. Just had a rewire with a new switch, no other work needed. Good solid strat copy.

I had the use of a Marlin strat copy for a while,in my opinion this ia better guitar.

Strat copy, made in the eighties, released around 1985 as the top of the Arbor range. Standard Strat set up, 22 fret rosewood fret board but with nice fat fairly flat frets, 3 dimarzio single coil pickups, standard 3 pots, 5 way switch, 3 piece laminate ash body. Standard strat string through body trem, glued on plastic nut schaller machine heads. Beautiful metallic soft pink satin finish that refelcts a multitude of colours. By general concensus this sounds more strat like than any strat of its period, and a lot made before and after. If you can find another, i would buy it on the spot for anything up to $500. Finding one will be the problem
