My Hohner Telecaster is from the early ninties, I'm not sure of the exact year since I bought it used. 24 Frets. The body is solid ash and very heavy. The controls are standard for a tele, 3 way selector tone and volume. The pickups are Seymore Duncan replacements, I'm not sure on the exact model, but they sound terrific, the pickups are the best part. Maple neck, Rosewood Fretboard, Ash body. I also got a case with this guitar for $20 extra, but the case has a funky smell I have yet to remedy.

I'm still learning alot in my playing, and lately I've gotten into Jazz, but I really like the fifties reverb sounds, and for that this guitar sounds great. The Seymor Duncans kick ass, and they sound beautiful clean and reverb. I don't play anything much with distortion, so I don't know how they sound for that. One downer is the constant hum caused by the two single coil pickups, but this is only noticeable when your not playing anything.

I don't know about factory settings, but they store I bought it at set everything just right. The guitar is in perfect condition. I think the previous owner kept it hidden in their closet or something. It has no flaws that I can see.

This guitar is very heavt, and heavy duty. I'm sure it could handle a fair amount of abuse.

Don't know, but the shop where I bought it is good. Bravo to Portland Music Company.

For clean sounds with some reverb it is great. I love they way it sounds and I plan to keep playing for years to come. I've been playing regularly for about 2.5 yrs now. Great guitar for classic Rock and Roll tube sounds, but it gets a little heavy when playing with a strap.

A custom shop hohner tele copy with a cripplingly heavy maple body and neck, and rosewood fingerboard, flat profile, flat c shaped neck, modern tuners and bridge style. Sunbursts finish. Good pickups-kent armsrong I think. Big frets.

This guitar sounded just okay-the neck was totally warped and banjaxed. but I'd say it would have sounded if it was set up properly. Bridge- bright pokey, mucho presence, neck-too dull to be good.

This guitar was really screwed n the setup dept. and the action screws were rusted shut so I could'nt adjust it. The neck was so bent that even when I strightened it out, the headstock bent forwards. The guy who had it prevoiusly clearly did'nt know that you adjust hte truss rod when you fit big strings. Finish on the neck was satin and matt, body finish was glossy and high quality.

without a doubt the toughest guitar I have ever owned. It was imporssible to dent anywhere. I threw it down concrete stairs and it would'nt get damaged! I dropped it, kicked it, punched it, dragged it and still it remained perfect. Remarkably resilient to physical harm. I think that wood in this guitar was very high quality.

It's a shame about the weight and neck, because this was a very high quality guitar-and it was super tough. I'd say it was tougher and made of better stuff than many guitars more pricey than it (it was #350 new I think). Good, but flawed.
