Features : 10
Bought new old stock, made in China 2002 as a 2003 model. 19 frets. Solid Stika Spruce top, Solid Ovangkol back and sides, reinforced Mahogany neck without truss rod (classical), Rosewood Fretboard and bridge, Rosewood overlay on headstock. Fully bound body top and bottom, fully bound neck. Fan bracing. Straight acoustic concert size classical. Gloss finish. Gold high quality classical tuners with pearlized buttons. I don't know the brand, but they are good ones. Wide but comfortable 2 1/16" neck at the nut. Fairly low frets. No accessories. Has everything it needs to be a great classical guitar.

Sound : 9
The tone is full for a smaller guitar, sustain great and it is fairly loud for a classical when finger picking. A little quiet when strumming.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The fit and finish are flawless. the binding is beautiful. Very nice real inlay around the soundhole and on the bridge, not just a decal or paint. The wood over the entire guitar is matched perfectly, even the back and sides. The top is a typical spruce yellow, the back and sides are ovangkol dark brown and yellow striped, very nice. Neck is smooth. I wish it had a satin finish, but was not available that way so I don't have any real problems with the gloss. The frets are about as good as you can get. They are straight and beautifully finished on the ends. No buzzes. Saddle is a bit high but that is a good thing, plenty of room for adjustment. Action is a tiny bit high, but not enough to worry about. In fact most people wouldn't think anything about it at all.

Reliability/Durability : 10
If I played live I wouldn't worry about it. I would always have a back up for any guitar though. Never know what might happen.

Customer Support : 7
I don't know. I did check their web site and there is nothing about warranty or registration on the thing. The guitar was still in a factory sealed double box and didn't come with any paperwork or registration card. They are supposed to have a lifetime "g" but I dont know. Hohner seems to be more focused on harmonicas, accordians recorders, drums ect than their guitars. It's a shame because they make some absolutely beautiful mid to high quality guitars.

Overall Rating : 10
This guitar was built and intended to be a high quality mid priced guitar in the 4-500 dollar price range. It is better than most classicals I have looked at for under 1000.00. I bought it on ebay as a unsold new old stock item for 109 because the seller apparently bought several hundred of them. 109 dollars brand spanking new. The only thing I had to do is restring it. The strings on it were a little discolored. If it were lost or stolen I would definately get another one. This guitar would be a 10 at 400 dollars. For what I paid it is a 13 or so, but the ratings don't go that high. The seller has a bunch of em right now, so get ya one before it's too late!
