This guitar as far as I know was made in Germany, it has around 22 frets a solid body made of some woodish wood. It has the standard strat controls, a 5 way switch, a volume and 2 tone things. The picks ups are single coil, nothing special but give a suprisingly good sound for a cheap guitar. The neck is rose wood, the body is black and the normal strat style. I got a gig bag, leads and a loads of picks thrown in with the deal.

The sound of this guitar is ok. Give it some heavy distortion and it will paly the heavest of songs, even with the single coil. You cant really get any feed back off this guitar at all, but im only using a shitty little amp. The sound is more crisp and bright rather than deep and beefy which doesnt suit my music to well but its ok. The sound isnt to clear ether.

I cant remember what is was set up like at the factory, but after a hour with the screw drivers and stuff I got the strings down really low and with VERY little buz. The pick ups where setup ok, nothing special. The only flaw that I could say is that one of the machine heads is a bit dodgey, other than that its ok.

This guitar is solid as a brick. Its gets bashed around quite alot. the only thing is that the bridge came away from the body (apparently my fault for tightening the strings to much.) but after a job with the glue it was back to normal. Other than that smash it against wall if you have to, it wont complane.

I would definatly rate this guitar very high, its a great all rounder and has never let me down. I have been playing for almost 2 years now and this was my first guitar. I have moved up to an SG now and I still consider this one of my favourate guitars. Its perfect for beginers, its cheaps and its great to play. If this was stolen I dont think I would buy it again, Id stick with my SG.
